I would think/hope that the Judge wouldn't allow a continuance, given that all Musk would have to do to keep the trial from ever going forward was keep being himself on twitter.
IIRC he asked for either a new location or for it to be delayed, at least initially.That misses the point that the issue being appealed is in relation to the location, not the timing.

Apparently Musk hasn't been paying the rent for Twitter's Singapore office, with the result that the landlords marched the staff out the door earlier.
It seems that Musk doesn't understand the idea that you pay your bills, as from what I've heard he hasn't been paying the rent on most of Twitters offices, including the primary ones which could be fun when he finds out that there is nowhere for the staff to work in an office, and that important computer systems are behind doors that have now got newly changed physical locks and security who won't allow Twitter staff past.
