The ongoing Elon Twitter saga: "insert demographic" melts down

People who are rejecting boot licking billionaires/employers asking for "above and beyond" without paying for it.

Some of the core beliefs of antiwork ideology shared among many members are that work and working conditions are frequently exploitative and actively degrade the dignity and wellbeing of workers; that a person’s value is not (and should not be) based on their work or productivity in the context of work; that employment dynamics are inherently inequitable; and that much work is meaningless.

I see why a Musk fan would be so upset by the term.

Well true, in a thread dominated by /r/anti-work enthusiastics hating on a billionaire it wouldn't be a surprise that positive news would be ignored

Haha have you hit your head?

I don't dislike him because he's a billionaire. I've no problem with people making money, I like to make money, actually I like to spend money but I have to earn it to do that. My problem with Elon is he's a massive douche, an impulsive man child who is using his power with zero thought to the consequences for ***** and giggles. He seems to think its all a big game and maybe it is when you're a billionaire and you don't give a **** about anyone else. He claims to be a humanitarian, I've seen nothing to suggest he is any such thing.

Unless it's been renamed in the last six months (or there's more than one) then there is definitely a subreddit by the name of AntiWork full of anarchist nut jobs
Yeah the majority of people left that sub reddit and went to/created work reform due to the very idiots you mention.
Anti-Work at this point deserves the rep it gets.

Work Reform is were all the normy people who just want to be treated fairly went.

Elon found not guilty :)

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sued Mr Musk over his tweet, accusing him of lying to investors. He and Tesla settled for $20m each.
Mr Musk, who also leads SpaceX and Twitter, had argued that he thought he had a verbal commitment from Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund for the deal.

Elon found not guilty :)
