Just because something is placed in the timeline as an Ad (as this one was, hence the label saying "Ad") does not mean that you cannot also link the status update directly, in which case it will not appear with an indicator saying "Ad" since it is not in that case being promoted.
All you demonstrated is that you don't understand how Twitter Ads work.

So many people have said this but it is a plain misrepresentation. The ADL is a very large Jewish Organisation with a very specific purpose but it is not the Jews similarly as Israel is not the Jews. The wrongness or rightness of attacking the ADL can be debated but challenging them is not anti-semitism. Twitter/X also challenged the CCHD for similar reasons I believe.
