US: The Orville

4th episode was better but I'm ready to give up on the show. I was literally falling asleep towards the end. I love Trek, Stargate etc but I just can't get into this.

Liked the 4th ep, that's the direction they should pick - exploratory space missions. But they do need to pick the direction and stick with it though.

I'm really enjoying this show. It's like Star Trek mixed in with Red Dwarfish comedy. Great to see Don Malarky driving the ship!

same it is a nice light hearted show and quite funny occasionally, nothing special, nothing that I'd be super excited/impatient to see the next episode but certainly enjoyable/fun to watch

It's definitely growing on me, I find myself looking forward to watching it, which is always a good sign.

They messed up the joke though. Malloy loses his leg beneath the knee, but the one that drops out of the ceiling in Lavesque's quarters is a full leg all the way to the top of the thigh.

The severed leg was too long, but it definitely wasn't below the knee.

Okay, at the knee, but the one that drops out of the ceiling is obviously far too long. It does look funnier when she slings it over her shoulder though.

The new episode is pretty dire. The jokes are flatter than a pancake. Not just unfunny, but drawn out, repetitive, and annoying. The only good part is the ending (ie no good choices), and the fact this episode finally finished.
