Certainly does and with 10mp have plenty to play with and the main bit, eg tiger cubs is what you are after in this pic - i have about 20+ more that need going through of the tiger alone so after cropping may have something better than this.

1 day shooting at the zoo left me with just shy of 400 images, mind you I did just hold my finger on the shutter and rattled off the shots at times ;)

Some nice images but I would say they lack a little punch which is very easy to fix in PS, for example all I have done here is boosted the exposure a little bit and adjusted the curves

Thanks for that, I just increased the exposure in raw image task and saved out to jpg a bit lazy on my part. That pic now has something about it, before just looked a bit dull.

The problem I find is that as soon as we get back the missus wants the pics processed and up on facebook :D - no time to sit down and correct them as I would like to do. Will see if I can pull myself away from WoW one evening and work on some of the others.

Time for my weekly Football installment :D

Poor conditions today away from home so only a couple that I'm happy with.

Stupid luminous yellow ref strip over exposed though

Not too sure about the image. I take it the trees at the top are soft cos it was windy? and the sky has come out like that since it was cloudy?

It was a 5 min exposure, that's why the trees are soft. It was a little cloudy yes. Was only my second go at an infra red shot.

5 min exposure  I've seen other folk post their IR pics and thought it was only 30s exposures needed. need a fairly sturdy tripod for IR work then

My 1st ever outing with an SLR at night so be gentle. Only had the SLR a few weeks so really im only a novice.
