Aye pretty good Gids! Proper cheap and zero lift lines. Pretty small mountain but no one rides off piste therefore powder between the trees and outside of bounds last forever.

Bit chilly though, hit -35 whilst we were there, warmest it got was -19 (c).

Hello fisheyes! :)

went to Chester Zoo on Sun & had some low light & indoor fun with the 70-200 f4is. The indoor shots were tricky due to reflections as most of the animals are behind perspex screens.

One of my first times using a DSLR, this was in Long Island, New York.
It was taken on my dads Nikon D5000 which I think is fantastic for the price, although I am a noob :)

Finally got around to taking some pictures again, damn uni work :(

Was more experimenting and trying different things, one of which was hdr. I know its not to everyone's tastes and that it can often be done horribly but I was wondering what you thought of this image?

MG ZS 180 HDR Test

Excuse the watermarks its a trial version. I quite like it (bias aside), I know its not amazing, but I'm curious to hear what those with more experience think. So please share your opinions and potential improvements (even if they are OMG step away from the camera :D).

One more which I quite like, I know its pretty dark in places but I like the contrast.

Where mate? :)

Phate, I know the second picture that The_blue posted is of Llyn Gwynant which is in North Wales, it looks like he took the picture somewhere on the A498 above the lake - put Llyn Gwynant into Google Maps and it will show you where it is.

I also want to know where the first picture was taken - it looks like it too was taken in North Wales, but I don't recognise the location.
