Did this out of jest and seem to work well-ish.

It's my first time trying to use the built in flash on a Canon 20D for fill flash - I used a couple of white paper, folded it into an A-frame type over the pop-up flash to diffuse the light abit. Didn't work quite well but it's better than straight pop flash.

I need to invest in a flash gun.

I stopped at the lakes 2 minutes from my house on the way home. Sadly I work too far away from home to walk to work (about 40 miles!!)
