I shot some piccies for a colleague at work (literally) and this is one that I particularly liked, I need access to more exotic cars, stat!

Not sure if like, yet.

Well processed shots shr3k. Im new to photography and normally just shoot and save as jpg but I must have ago with raw's soon. What do you save them as once you have edited a raw file? I read that jpg is fine unless you want to have the image blown up.

Went to the Zoo today so will post up a few new pictures. Here is one I've had a play with from a while ago. Shame its a JPEG, looks a bit blocky! Need to dig out the original:

i like that.
why didnt i think of doing that with the engine when i done some for a friend few weeks back!

DriftKing - I leave them in RAW . Convert to Jpeg only if i need them .

Can you upload them to flickr in RAW format or not bud?

EDIT: No, I just did a google search. Would it be worth saving them in TIFF format? I know the file size is bigger but surely better quality then JPEG?

Totally unnoticeable at internet sizes (and arguably at print sizes as well. Keep it in RAW as long as possible, every print I've ever had done has been from a jpeg) and they take up more space than the RAW files. Save the RAW, lightroom will automatically save the processing (and you can save PSDs if you use photoshop) and save the processed image as a high quality jpeg and you're fine.

Didn't have enough in the corners but still just testing things at this point
You should link back to your Flickr! Anyway, I was just going to say that I much prefer the other monotone processed one. You should do a whole set of ones processed like that :)

Love that Ksanti!

Had a great today, playing about with long exposures:

Nice. Reminds me of the XP backgrounds :p

I only use flickr to host images; if anybody followed me or anything like that you'd get the occasional photograph then a whole load of screenshots etc. Yeah the softer processing works better particularly with natural light; some of these this weekend have been a bit rushed just because the masking was more of the work than the processing and I needed to get them done for tomorrow to appease my art teacher :D
