The Radeon RX 5700 XT Owners Thread.

Ok, will give this a solid 24hrs first to ensure stability. What should I aim for?
Do you mean core voltage? I don't think there is any memory voltage control on Navi.

Try 2150Mhz at 1.150v. I was almost stable at that voltage, but had to increase it two notches to 1.168v. Ended up going to 1.175 to allow a little headroom on stability.

That didn't answer my question. :p

This is what I have set atm, given it 20mins in Heaven and been ok. Needs further testing obv

Curious, whats the maximum core temps to stay away from? I know Junction is 110C. I don't use my 5700xt to mine, just gaming. I am trying to fine a good fan curve target, so like 5-10C below max core is where I am aming.

Junction is the one to worry about, edge temp will always be lower. I think the allowed maximum is somewhere around 115c.

Hi,

I'm considering a B Grade reference 5700XT

Can anyone tell me just how loud it is please, is it ear bleeding under load 290X style or is it livable?

I probably won't keep it long I'm only considering one because my brother wants my Vega 56 and I don't think AMD new cards will be available for quite some time yet

Thanks

It’s loud, but not reference 290X loud. If you undervolt and lower the clock speed a little, you can make it quiet. It’s not overly loud at stock in my opinion.
