Wish I could say the same thing.... Returned mine on the 23/11/21 and still waiting for my refund

If any of you other people that returned these msi 6900xt cards could also tell me how long they took to refund you that would be great for when I phone them up to chase it again.

It's a shame about the MSI 6900XT cards, as in the past we usually only buy MSI or ASUS video cards with good results, good OC and temps.

The MSI Ventus 2080 Super my son bought in 2020 and the RTX 3090 Gaming X Trio he bought this spring have both been good cards - unfortunately we sent the 3090 back 2x for "black screen on boot" before discovering that the real problem was a bad CableMod 8-PIN PCIe power cable that would not provide power unless bent a certain way, doh!

I have an Asus OC Gaming GTX 1080, Asus TUF 6700XT, Asus ROG STRIX 3070 Ti and ASUS ROG STRIX 3080 Ti, and all of them have been great (still have them all, looking to sell the 1080 locally and either the 6700XT or the 3070Ti, not sure which one yet, but keeping one as a spare). My Sapphire Nitro+ RX 6900XT is my first non Asus video card.

Yeah usually MSI are pretty good have had MSI cards in the past - I guess every vendor has problems at some point or other - its the supplier that sold me the card that is giving me aggravation - been chasing them for a few days now for a refund.... just wanted to know how quickly the other people got refunded that purchased the MSI 6900xt card from the company that sounds like the biggest online auction company?

Any details much appreciated here or trust me

I wasn't quick enough to get the Asus strix 6900xt so went with the toxic instead.

Where do I look for max frequency? :o
I don't have my computer on right now, but I think it's when you open the Radeon software, and go to do the performance tuning page, and you click on auto overclock, and I think a little window pops up that shows your max frequency from the bios. This is from memory many months ago.

I think you could also use GPUZ to give you that information.

Think I tried the Auto clock before and just gave an instant error. Will have another look, cheers

Already chatted to you about it via email but will stick it in here for others.

22 Nov - Raised RMA (online via their website)
23 Nov - Called the tech department as instructed. RMA approved and collection arranged for 25th
25 Nov - Courier collects parcel
10 Dec - Refund issued
13 Dec - Refund received into bank account

In-between the parcel being collected and the refund being issued, there was a whole lot of back and forth as they claimed not to have received the parcel. After one final demand for them to refund my money before I took it to my bank, they finally refunded me. Good luck.

I saw someone with a Toxic using that block on overclock.net. Think they were based in the states though so perhaps they ship there @uksoldierboy ?

I think my current Toxic would love a proper water block given how it can run 2800Mhz locked in games using just the stock AIO.

Cheers bud, I did email them but apparently they don't ship to the UK :(
ALi, the fast one if you know what I mean!
$100.84 with some codes + vat. No extra fees been under £135.
I ordered one for my brothers 6800xt TUF and arrived in 9 days from china!
One thing to do is add thermal pads to the backplate as it makes a big difference, VRAM, Rear of core, VRM area.
Just search code: A-SP6900XTSE-X
