Looking good!Yeah love it now since its so silent and cool, Radeon VII amazing card for my usage along with TR 1950X, monster workstation and runs games very well @ 4k.
I use afterburner. Black screen looks like a driver crash or card failure. I've never had it in afterburner.
I only tried afterburner to check it was a driver issue with the clocks. And it is. Even afterburner can't change them after 19.7.5. I've stuck to wattman and had good results up until this driver issue.I would love to use afterburner only, but i have noticed that you get just black screen if you start overvolting and upping clocks, wattman works fine tho, is it common bug on afterburner?

What HBM clocks are you trying to push?I get exactly this with OC'ing with Wattman.

Between myself and my brothers card, we are using 1130/1140 HBM as it uses too much of the power budget to get further.I haven't really. I get artifacts and glitching if I even move the memory higher than stock so I gave up lol! The black screens are from pushing the core clock.
I bought it B grade so I guess it might have returned due to the lack on HBM headroom...

What's your default voltage on that card? I have a low voltage card 1060-1063mv.
Ye I'd do it. There's a b grade ek block on ocuk and a backplate too.1082mv. UV'ed to 983mv at stock core mem speeds.
TBH, I sorely tempted to massively overhaul my system and get both the cpu and vii back under water so I can properly play with OC'ing both. Will have finish playing Witcher 3 before I do though. looks good in 4k

Just get the kids to buy you it for xmas! Just 3 months early lol.Saw that problem is, by the time I'd added those, a new water block (cos AM4) £50's worth of fittings, a new case etc I'd spent more than the £100 budget would allow #damnkidstakingallmymoney
I'm starting to think that too! They may have killed overclocking in new drivers on purpose
Hope not, just about to spank a load of money so I can get it under water! Lol!I'm starting to think that too!
420mm radiator is perfect Silence....Hope not, just about to spank a load of money so I can get it under water! Lol!
