But you didnt, and it was only one of five cups that dignity fc got pumped out of this year.

The end is near.

How did we not?

Yes we were terrible this season, but so have you lot, "pumped" out of 3 of the 4 you were competing in, and handed the other one, That's much better!

The end is near haha a man can dream.

1 out of 4 > 0 out of 5 mate.

So far as being handed it is concerned, we had already over taken you by the time you lost jellyfish and went into admin.

Ralph Topping (CEO of William Hill) resigns from the SFA "due to pressure of work" so people are wondering if the Rangers fans' boycott is beginning to work?

No, the fan boycott will never work as it just makes no sense. Looks more like he has resigned for a clear conflict of interests...

Just up on the BBC breaking news:

Rangers confirm that American businessman Bill Miller has been granted preferred bidder status by the club administrators Duff and Phelps. The club are due to hold a press conference at 1200 BST.

Will the SFA this time do a fit and proper persons test. Have the newspapers correctly investigated this guy's background, has the BBC done a documentary on him?

Or are they waiting in the wings until the deal is done?

Anyone find out about this guy?

Google search links him to Rangers only?
If it's the same guy seems like he has a bit more cash than Whyte...

Well that's the end of Rangers, he'll pick the bones and leave what's left as a rotting carcass.

Sounds like they transfer assets to newco, get rid of the debt from old club then transfer the assets back to the old club once everything has been dodged. No idea how player contracts will be handled in this though?

Its not up to the SFA to do a fit and proper persons test. Its up to the seller of the club to do it.

A simple google search would have shown the kind of guy Whyte was before he purchased the club.

Just watched Addmin on SSN and he say's we will not be going into Liquidation and the 140 History will stay the same. Let's Hope so.

:D:D

Lol, you actually believe that?

The oldco will be liquidated almost certainly, they are saying these things to appease fans at the moment but there is no way a CVA with the oldco will ever be accepted so that will die.

For all the difference it makes anyway, Celtic fans will no doubt use it as a rod to beat Rangers with but I dont think it makes any difference really, its just a company number, a club is the sum of its parts, not the number at companies house.

The history will remain regardless. However I fully expect the oldco to be liquidated once all the assets are transferred and a poor attempt at cva which wont be agreed and old co will go. Just like Leeds.

Reporting now that "Administrators say they understand Rangers will retain all previous titles and continue in SPL with no points deductions."

Hector can't be seen to accept a CVA, in the full knowledge that it would lead to the oldco company escaping paying taxes and then continuing as a going concern.

Edit: And the SPL have since stated they have given no assurances that Rangers wouldn't face any sanctions.

Legally administrators are supposed to act in the interests of the creditors. This doesn't look like it is the case. The whole thing stinks to high heaven and I expect a challenge from HMRC

Not bad murray park stadium and car park for 10 million.

Tesco have paid more for carparks :p

Just wish I had won the euromillions this week I'd be the new owner.
