Go to the resources page, stop your crystal production, and lower your metal production until you have enough energy (assuming you want metal, not crystal...).

The game starts a little slow, but once you have small cargos it gets more fun. :)
 
Anyone have plenty of crystal they fancy trading for even more metal? I have about 900k metal I'd like to trade for 600k crystal. If anyone fancies a trade, let me know :)

oops, i must be more carefull i sent out 6 large cargos and a handfull of light fighters to what i thought was an inactive turns out to be a member of trinity with over 80,000 points :eek:
he was decent enough to message me saying i think you have made a mistake, unforunatly i had gone bed by then so my ships got destroyed, i sent a message aplogising so hopefully he won't decide to punish me, that will teach me for playing when i've had a few too many. :D

Just wondering on the situation of my noobie care package? do your loses mean it will be delayed? or do i need to apply for it in game?
i havent worked out how to message people yet but i am receiving them.

Yep - Davey_Pitch should be organising them - But I'll send you the usual starter package. On it's way in 8 mins. (Once the SC is built)

Should be spent on Mines!! (And solar)

And you have a LOAD of inactives in your SS! :D

People need to message me for the care package, I don't send it out automatically (as some people may prefer to do it on their own). If you message me in game (click on Alliance, Member List, then the little notepad next to my name), I'll sort something out for you.
 
'Fraid I'm in the wrong Universe. Gutted.

I'm in 6. So far I've got:

Metal: 6
Crystal: 4
Deuterium: 3
Solar: 6
Research Lab: 1

Still not quite sure what I'm doing :/
 
build your mines and power plant up a bit so you can get a nice income.

I would then recommend researching the technology required for small cargo ships and espiange probes. Once you get them things tend to get a bit better because you can get more res for a lot less effort/time.

I think they're a few people in uni 6.

You can always rejoin and pick Universe 3, you'll be with pretty much everyone else then :)

Done something similar last week only nowhere near as big as scale. The fields still there anyway & I assume your on your way. It would be over 3 hrs before I hit it as just seen your post. Hope you recover it anyways.

Aye, my recyclers just got there, and everything was left. Means my stupidity didn't get punished twice thankfully :)

Everything was still there? Damn uni3 is full of slow players - anything with resources is usually gone within seconds :p
 
Nice one, bet you had a bit of a sweat waiting for the recyclers to get there. :p Did you message the guy to tell him you messed up, in case he gets the wrong idea. A guy messaged me a few weeks back to tell me I was sending a fleet of LC's to his planet which had plasmas on it, I didn't get the message until I woke up but he knew I'd made a mistake and thanked me for the debris :)
