i always thought some of those things in that post were some insider joke that i was not part of and they were not really bannable offences. (some obviously make sense)

am i wrong then and summing up a long post (which i sometimes do a lot of with a .... at the end, or mentioning that nice holiday place in wales really are bannable offences?
 
Yeah these dating apps and the popularity of love island and such shows are showing women all the ripped guys obsessed with gyms and they get their expectations that all guys are built like this, well think its hard now cause guys feel the pressure that to get a woman to see them as attractive they have to have a six pack.

I think its tough for guys maybe, bit controversial but I find lots young women today seem obsessed with being caked in makeup, I always think most women always look better without makeup, all the heavy fake eyelashes like hundreds of spiders legs sticking far out from their eyes and the pouting lips with filler or whatever it is they put in them, also the popularity to be covered in tattoos, I'm sure some love this look, but just not for me anyway.

They're usually horribly orange, very textured or mostly overly shiny and winged shaved eyebrows. This all came from the Kardashians that I remember and seeing so many women getting some subtle cosmetic face surgery at 22 - 25 and bright white symmetrical teeth.

There's too many of these young women almost all looking the same.

Thanks (I think!) for leading me down that rabbit hole. As a rather puzzled spectator of modern life, that's an intriguing channel and the kind of frank discussions you don't (ok, I don't) see in the mainstream.

I'm uncomfortable about saying too much in this thread, but I realised very early on in life that the only way to make sure I didn't inflict a miserable childhood on a family of my own (and another miserable relationship on myself, after early attempts) was to stay single. And it's very easy indeed for men to find ways to be an unattractive partner.

Obviously this is a pathetic solution to the kind of problematic childhood many, many people have (and ours could have been far worse). But sometimes you just have to do what gets you from one day to the next. At least my "omega male" strategy meant I was in a position to look after Mum when dementia decided she hadn't had a bad enough life and deserved a final, drawn out insult. I couldn't look after her when I was only young enough to listen to the arguing, stood at my bedroom door, but as an adult I've been able to repay some of the sacrifices she made.

Right, tiny violins away. We all have challenges, and we all have choices. My brother's about as alpha as they get and a great Dad & provider, so I can't blame our childhood for how I am. I'm the way I am because I wasn't brave enough to be someone else.

Well, that and Pong. I blame it all on Binatone.

Yeah that's it exactly, what with the shiny look and those ultra white teeth, also yeah they do all seem just carbon copies of each other, lots also seem to have very similar personalities too, same with the guys, they all are virtually the same person on these shows from the little bits I've seen. I don't watch much reality tv, just used to watch big brother and latter few series I noticed it, just everyone seems to be the same as the last with zero interesting characters like they used to have in the early big brother.

Most women actually dont know what men want. They try and force what they THINK men want. Like women covered in tattoos because women are attracted to that and think men are. Its like women are trying to become men......Probably the reason why so many women are having same sex relationships now. Trying so hard to attract men, they end up attracting each other instead :D

Yeah I've never thought about that and it often made me wonder what the tattoo obsession is about as I just associate tats as being masculine, think you might of nailed it right on the head.
