2 i drew up myself after seing something simliar in a shop window once, 3 is the metallica ninja star, cos metallica are awesome, and 4 i saw on a well known website so shamelessly stole it as i really did like it.
Got my next one lined up seing as ive just got over £100 for my birthday think im gonna go and get a price for it and start sketching it up properly
Much prefer to sort them myself then just let the artist tidy it up
Already decided who I want for my next session, Kate from Good Times Tattoo in Shoreditch. Her work is insanely clean and she loves working with animal characters so hopefully she can do something along the lines of the blue lion taken from my family crest

I always said I would get a tattoo done when I am 30 - this is next year...
My name is Chinese, so was going to have the two Chinese Characters and ribbons done - haven't done any sketches yet.
Was going to have it on my back, but I always forget I have a 6 inch scar across my back, so don't know if it would take the emphasis away.
Current position is on my neck or slightly further down so there is room for expansion.
Will never be able to wear my hair up at the parentals ever again though

Not sure if I've posted any photos of my mate Char up in the past but either way, her ink is too nice to be seen only once
I think these are pretty old as she's now got the same style of peacock on her right arm too, all joining up eventually!

I have a bit of a request...
I've been thinking of getting a tattoo of the sacrificial brand from Berserk so I've been trying to find as many pictures of people who have had it done as I can, to see exactly how I would want it to look.
I saw this one and it's pretty much exactly what I want:
But I can't find a bigger picture of it, that was just a thumbnail from google images. Does anyone know of any tattoo forums or similar where I can ask if anyone has a bigger/higher def picture? Or maybe someone here could dig it out for me...
Thinking of having it on my right trap, at shoulder height though, not on the neck, so it wouldn't show while wearing a shirt etc.

Might not be up your street... but why not get a branding, as opposed to a tattoo of a branding?

Because an actual branding would get covered in scar tissue and end up looking terrible and like I'd been abused I suspect. Got any pictures of what your talking about? I'd be interested to see.

(also I like the way that particular one looks red and puffy as if it's just been done, I doubt you'd get that with a brand)

Well after having a look around I don't think branding is what I'm after, they seem to fade to almost nothing, and don't really stand out at all even just after they been done.
