The first character is correct, the second is not....... but is very flattering.
Pinyin for those characters would be Mei Ling.

First pic is my name with my DOB under it.
I want to get one on my left shoulder to say "Taurus" being that my DOB is May 21st I am in-between Taurus and Gemini.

As quoted here. Seeing as I know that my birthday is May 21st, some places state its Gemini and others state Taurus. But I have always found my personality falls more with Gemini than Taurus. But I would also prefer to have both star signs tattooed so therefore people can have no need of telling me something I already know.
