If you can’t get a 6900xt on the first day you will probably end up waiting just as long as you are now anyway!
Two manufacturers competing for our business gives a better shot at getting a card than just one.

Nice oneYeah, best get that pre-order in.
My FE turned up today, but won't be able to install until later today as busy with family.
Does it matter if you don't get it at launch? I can certainly wait it out if the AMD cards are a bit faster and cheaper than Nvidia. Some people are just plain impatient.
The drivers are a non-issue. I've owned AMD gpu's for over a decade and can honestly say they have been great for at least the last 8 years. They didn't have the features before that but now they have tons of stuff which I don't even use.
No denying that, I’m just saying I think people are in a bit of denial if they think there’s going to be no problem with supply initially.

I am in no rush for anything in truth but I am sure when I decide to do it, I want it all now, so might have to grab the GPU on pre-order and hope for the best![]()
Of course there will be a problem, the same problems hit the 5000 CPUs, little stock on launch that sold out in minutes, so everyones now pre-ordering, and getting their queue positions, which are in the hundreds/thousands.

AMD just curb stomped everything Intel has to offer, and then some. More cores, more performance, more everything. You know what's next right?

@TNA i assume you're getting a Ryzen 5000? Don't you want to wait to see how much faster again AMD are with their CPU's once Smart Cache is enabled on RDNA2 GPU's, how many more kicks in the head while they are already dead Intel get?![]()

Let's hope not, I for one would *love* to see them smash it out of the park and be a great overclocker to boot! And for the cherry on top for their DLSS-alternative to be spot-on too and usable in any game![]()
you may as well start posting userbenchmark because semi accurate is a shill website
