I am currently using a Netgear DGN2200 ADSL modem/router with a Netgear ReadyNas DUO V2. Can I bridge the RT-N66U with the Readynas connected to it?

In simple terms, Netgear adsl modem router will act as a modem and send internet to RT-66U. RT-66U will then handle all internet connections/networks ?
