Ordered at 15:45 yesterday and delivered at 13:30 for free, that's why I use OcUk :D.

Been "thinking" of getting this router for ages

Would love to hear how the perfomance is

Shame that its limited by 32k of nvram - it apparently struggles running openvpn with so little nvram

Deciding if thats going to be an issue for me or not at the moment

Considering the premium price want as much as possible to work

Im currently in the process of finishing the wired network in the house. This router will be downstairs serving wireless devices. Once it's up and running I'll write a mini review on it. Im sure it'll be 100x better than the WNR2000 and Superhub it's replacing :D.

Finally got round to setting this up tonight and my first impressions are good. Build quality is top notch, it looks and feels like a premium product. Setting it up was easy and the web GUI is very easy to navigate. The range is what has impressed me the most, really puts the Superhub to shame. My whole house has coverage on both bands. The RT-N66U even allows me to stream uncompressed .MKV Blu-Ray rips via 5GHZ band from the back of the house . Very happy so far with the purchase!

From all the reviews, this is about the same as my linksys 610N which I bought from here a couple of years ago, so why do I want it so much?:p

I couldn't justify the extra cost over the 56u so i went for that one instead.

Just installed it and the difference compared the the virgin media superhub is insane! Sort of wish id gone for this one now.

I would liken the difference to upgrading to an SSD from a mech hard drive. Everything feels less sluggish and my wireless actually gets my full internet line speed.

The thread price is different to the link price? :( plus £10 postage makes this £169.98 gutted, was wanting to snap one of these up

I went for the 56u as well, there's no way the 66u is worth almost double the price.

Free postage for forum members :)

I've ordered mine. I've bought cheaper products in the past and regretted it.

Mine arrived yesterday, got it fully setup now. Love it so far, very fast, very stable, does everything I need it too. Much better wireless stability, range and speed than the crappy Virgin offering and my old WRT54G :)

Currently playing round a bit with some of the features, just setup a USB hard drive and my printer is shared across the network. Good stuff :D
