So does anyone own a velocity rda? Tempted to give dripping another go.

Or anything else people would recommend?

I have two of those and I love them for the simple reason that they are the easiest RDAs to build on. The flavour is good and I like that I can screw the airflow down over the holes when I pop it in my pocket, thus stopping juice from potentially running out.

It's a great RDA.

Look OK but buy your batteries locally from someone like Torchy. Fasttech takes ages if there are batteries involved.
The Muji cotton you can buy a mahoosive amount direct from Muji for next to nothing so I'd forget FT for that too.

edit - order placed for everything now, changed the battery to a 2 pack and got the cotton direct for just under a fiver for 140 pads. Now I need to find fruity juice for him that doesn't taste like perfume. Any good recommendations for strawberry, melon or apple flavours please?

I would recommend maybe some 27 AWG its in the middle range and quite easy to build with not to thick and not too flimsy. I would get a few spools of different thickness' though its cheap enough

Is there a new way to make coils or is the wrap around a drill bit still the best way to make them?

I will need to make coils for him so the wire will come to me and I will make a 100 so that will be enough for a good few years, I remember one used to last me 6 months.

Yeah Kuro Coiler will do the trick, from what I have heard the clones are crap but the real one is easy life

Are you planning on running the TFV4 on the subox, because it wont have enough power for the quad or triple coil heads.... you need at least 50w minimum to even get the coils producing vapor.

Uses standard 0.5ohm OCC heads

Improved RBA which will work better in higher wattages and apparently easier to work on

at 50w, the quad coil will work and produce a cool vap.. it really starts to get a lot better once you go over 50w.. so just want you to be aware... 50w is not really enough to do it justice and you might find yourself looking for something more powerful, its not a beginner tank for sure.

The Quad coil is 0.15 ohms and the triple is .02 ohms, not sure the subox can even fire that low?
Your info states 0.3 ohms is the lowest.

Have ordered up some Red Astaire again, got a good deal n the VPG, was down from £3.87per 100ml to £2.50 so ordered 4 and some of concentrate.

Have loads of flavours left so with the remainng 60ml I think I'll try knock up some vanilla custard.

Aim for 0.2-0.3ohm, usually 4-6 wraps on 2-3mm will get you in that region, currently have 5.5wraps on 3mm coming out at 0.272ohm, vapes superbly. Remember to space your coils and not to dry burn

i have been sub ohming on 24mg nic for about 3 months now.

I find i am only using half as much juice as I did before now.

Thats good , got litres of 24mg , bought 10ml of 18mg just in case anyway.

This is exactly how I coil ti.

Was going to post a video I watched last night but cant find it now.

The dude was saying no need to space coils with Ti especially if your mod has a setting for it. You can also use a low wattage to heat the coil so you can nip it together, you wont get it anywhere near hot enough to produce oxide. I will give it a try tonight.

I quite like Rockhopper, by Penguin for watermelon. I think it may only be 65% VG, though. Element Watermelon Chill is also nice, but has a bit on menthol in it, and it's 80% VG.

Again, for strawberry, look no further than Strawberry Whip, by Element. It's the best strawberry I've found yet, and have just ordered another two bottles.
