2250 are quite a lot bigger than 2200 but fits in Hammond 1590BBK(just) .I do not charge above 1c , i am 55 yrs old & do realise the risks of battery safety.1 amp charging for Lipo's in the mainstream is a good idea for DNA200 , fast enough for me to vape & to charge @ the same time.

Looks **** tbh, surprised as Foggatti makes nice stuff.
 
Yeah i was a little disappointed, though thinking about it, it will be very comfy to hold and i do like the screen on the side, i was going to try and do that with my next build till it got shelved and now they have done it so meh... but the price tag is ridiculous... when you can get good 1300mAh DNA200 mods for at least £100 less.
 
Insane, you can fathom the hiked price if it is a first device to market using new hardware but it is to late to the game and to god damn ugly to justify that.
 
Yeah i get that some makers "think" they are special or their work is better... but even with the costs due to lower production numbers etc... they might not sell too many except to elitists that dont care about cost to themselves.

Nice one D D Danneh, im guessing yours arrived with a dangerously low charge too, i just plugged mine into the supplied balance charger for an hour or so till the lights change, its been grand since and recharging from USB as normal. a very good little device and ive ordered a spare cell from FT which i hope arrives before vapefest in Dublin next month.

Yeah, arrived with 2 cells at ~1.7V and the other at 1.62V, not too bad on the balancing side to be honest, just needs a full charge. The charger came with a US plug and I don't have an adapter on hand, so I figured I'll use escribe just to make sure the cells are balanced at good levels (which they are now) and I'm going to nip to argos to pick up an adapter when I can shake the hangover :D

I've ordered an extra cell too thanks to your post, glad I did too, they were £15 at the time, gone up to £30 since!

Yeah mine was the same, 2 cells at 1.74 and one lower... the charger, i luckily have a cheaper charger that came with another mod, its two pin but with an adaptor so i was good to go.
£30 now... thank god i ordered mine early too... thats double the price in a week??? mad, but ill bet they are popular so the prices have raised, or its shipping as it is a lipo inside the case.
 
Nice job, i twist mine much tighter, till it breaks at one end or the other from my twisting setup, but looking good, now make a coils and see how it goes...

Very happy with this Hotcig! Quality feel to it and the DNA200 is :eek:

Lemo 2 can only handle about 60W absolute maximum though, and my veritas with dual claptons will only take about 85W max, and gets hot after a few pulls. Next bit of gear will be the aromarizer and aeronaut, and will probably try my hand at making some fused clapton wire when I get them. Will wait for my next bursary handout though I think :D

That sucks, I will be getting from a UK vendor if I can for peace of mind. Still if it is preorder then I hope they are tweaking it to address the issues PBusardo raised. All other reviews I have seen so far are crap, makes me wonder how they ever got popular in the first place. I've not seen rip trippers review it yet he can be as nit picky as Busardo :p

Moreover, atleast we know what the price is which imo is very reasonable.
 
Just got a Smok TF4V Mini :) Not built my own coils before have bought an extra RBA are they easy to make?
