Thanks for the Replys guys!

Yeah custard seams to be my vape really. I like Sweet stuff too but im very particular in what i like. Most of it comes from stopping smoking (3weeks ago today). When i smoked and vaped i liked many different flavours, but since stopping it seams to be custard, biscuit, milkshake vapes mainly. Currently have Mrs lords custard cream, Titanic liquids biscuit, Vaper caper Berry cheesecake.... gave it a try when it was on offer and didnt like it, got a protank and Aerotank mega and loved it lol. Also have Big juice Granted its custard, and a few other random ones. Really like mixing my biscuit and custard together which makes a nice vape, but always looking to improve.

I liked the sound of the king though but will really look into the others. Need to still get around to buying the Dripping equipment too!

Shame; I've stocked up before Christmas, I'm down to 5 open bottles now.. But only one that I'm trying to vape off.

How do you guys store your tanks with juices in? I've been leaving the on the mod, but I've noticed leaking from a tank (kanger aero mega) so I've now taking them off the mod, turning them upside down as all my tanks at bottom fill, bottom coil and placing them in my sample rack (small test tube rack). I'm assuming this is ok as I've not spotted any juice leaking from the drip tips, not even from the rebuild ones.

@Wazz-1

You seen the new microstick that can take 17.5mm attys instead of 16.5mm, although with your machine skills you can probably do this to yours already. Also looks like the logo isn't lazer etched anymore and is stamped. I did inquire about the titanium ones but no joy there.

Additionally I didn't know they did coloured versions, a gunmetal finish would have been ace as I'm not keen on the current selection.

Hey majnu how's it going, yes just had a look, only took Chels 12 months to give the people what they wanted. Looks like business really took off for him over the last year. Not sure how durable the anodized finnish will be but does look nice.
Not sure why he's having difficulty getting the titanium in the quantities he would be needing, I've struggled to find small quantities and had to rely on flebay for odd sizes. Would be a nice mod in titanium as it is quite a heavy little thing, still use mine regularly :D
I do feel the world has gone mad with gimmicks at the moment, atties made with 40 odd parts:rolleyes: maybe i'm getting old:eek: I just like to keep it simple.

Haha its fine, get them dry burned and re wicked lazy sod! :p

just left my mutant x soaking whilst I had a shower, soaking in my eliquid that is, just took a pull and woosh, the throat hits there now and flavour. I must have just got used to it by chain vaping it before.

Looks like the same X clone i got from ft, they did 2, one is near 1 to 1, the other which you and I bought is not even close, the deck is reduced so does not have as deep a juice well and the outer barrel with the airflow holes is too tall so they don't line up with your coils if you do a normal build, I got around the issue by raising my coils up above the posts, however I've since bought a real X v2 and it's far better for flavour as the clone was also lacking any dome in the top cap.

Just had a puff on my pals eGrip - he just used it as it came, he has ordered the rebuildable parts for it.

My word - the flavour was immense! Better than my KFL ever was - and it is tiny, fits inside the palm on your hand and doesn't weigh anything!

For £50 all in that is one hell of a good piece of kit! Todds review got it spot on.

haha damn, i cant imagine how big the clouds are with more power and higher coils etc, iv just got a *******ing from the missus about how smokey the house is vaping this, and shes a vaper her self, it looks like theres smog in here.

With a dripper how do you know when it needs more juice? like do you vape it till the flavour changes then drip more? iv been just dripping every two vapes just to be sure its not getting dry

also, by any chance may i see a picture of your coils etc? :) thanks

I predict you'll shortly be buying high watt regulated mods and catch the cloud chasing bug! :p

Dunno what I'm gonna do with all these empties.... :S
20ml glass bottles with pippets on the left, 15ml ones on the right.

CaNsA, if you haven't got rid of them already, I'll take them off your hands as I'm about to start homebrew...

yeah I got it from ft, its a poor quality clone, the outter shell is loose as hell on the base you could probably knock it off by farting on it.

yep im going to try doing a new coil build now with the coils raised higher so they are level with the air holes if they are the correct way up.

ah yeah there is no dome at all in the top cap. Im thinking I might buy a real one, but how much are they? and wheres best to get one.

cheers :)

haha yeah im thinking so :p but I said to my self, when my kayfun 4 comes, that's it not spending no more money on vape equipment just using what I have and be satisfied.. well now iv got the bug again.

Speaking of high wattage mods, what would you guys suggest? id like to have one that's got a nice lcd screen on like my vamo v6, and the same tube style mod which can take 18350 and 18650s and go up to a wattage of etleast 60w

if such thing exists?

Thanks :)

They're about £22 afaik.
Fwiw, I got this clone and it's pretty much perfect in terms of fit and operation. Better than my authentic v1... The 510 adaptor could be a little tighter, but it's not a problem.

You won't find a high watt 18350 mod mate, the 18350 just doesn't have the guts to deliver that much power. High power regulated tube mods are quite unusual, they are mainly the box style mods to be honest.

Ordered that one, you mean the connection screw is loose? well my vamo v6, it was loose as hell, once you screwed a tank on, and unscrewed it off, when you went to screw it back on there was no connection it used to turn on its own it was that loose, so I simply got a old O ring, looped it around the thread and then put the screw back in, its nice and snug now :D

edit: oh you mean where the drip tip goes in? yeah a bit of electrical tape wrapped around fixes that for me iv found in most cases

Alrighty thanks, well iv found the vamo v8, that's 40w, is that high enough power? because in all honesty at 20w the way iv got my mutation clone set up, its absolutely belting out the clouds, I cant imagine how crazy a 100w or something would be, so if 20w is working for me having the opotunity to go up to 40w when I try thicker wires etc will be a good starting point?

or shall I just skip it all and get a box mod lol

If you really like tube mods (I like tube mods too) then you could go mechanical with a decent high drain IMR battery.

My IPV3 will go to 165 watts but I very rarely go above 50 and generally have it around 40w ish most of the time. I have not used a Vamo since the V3 so I have no idea what the 40w version is like.

The Sigelei, Pioneer4u and Cloupor ranges are all worth a look for well priced high performance box mods IMO.

Hey guys ordered one of these coil tools this morning well worth £10 :)

Cheers all

That looks quite interesting, I like how perfect the coils come out from that.

100 quid for what mate? You can pick up the Sigelei 100w plus for £60, bargain at that price. :)

The Eleaf iStick 50w is crazy cheap also, some one posted a link earlier in the thread and is was ~ £28.

If you go mechanical you get a decent clone for peanuts. ;)

Same here such a simple idea and also nice and quick to make up your coils too, once it arrives I will make up a batch of coils :)

Cheers all

Used my cordless drill on slowest setting to make my coils yesterday, just LOL at how easy it is to churn out coil after coil after coil all looking perfect!
