hmm, what do you mean about swapping batteries over?

the charger I have came with my vamo v6, it fits 18350 and 18650,
I just put the battery in my vamo, vape till its dead then swap for another 18650 and then put the dead one on charge.

Get yourself a nitecore intellicharger. i2 or i4.
As for battery order, it's best to alternate the batteries. I label each one with a marker pen and keep a text file updated with the last order they went in.
Like this:

and so on.

is so that they get even use and your not using just one battery and not the other, thinking that both are ok.

some people do throw all their batteries out after a period of time and get a whole new fresh batch.

I'm at work most days, only vape a bit in my lunch when I pop out to get something to eat. Home I'm not constantly in it.

Nights out I could probably get through an 18650 in one night if it's a long one.
