After my last post I decided to start tonight on the cheaper route first. I had an EGO battery so decided to buy an EVOD tank and some 24mg liquid. I bought enough liquid for a fortnight so if I do well with that I will purchase one of the kits recommended to me.

Luckily I have a friend who works for an e-cig shop so I can get some good kits from him as well. I used to have a variable voltage battery etc but it broke just before I stopped using them.

Here we go :) Motivated to quit the cigarettes after 10 years

yo guys,

When your dripping into your dripper, how many drops do you put, just enough so that you see juice in your juice well?

Iv been trying to get the hang of the just dripping when it starts to taste different, but every time I drip I always end up getting a drop or two outta the air hole.

im trying to do it so I don't have to even look and watch what im doing, I guess it will come in time of just doing it though

alrighty, but do you generally just do it till the all the cotton is wet, or just till you see some exess liquid that the cotton cant soak up or is that too wet?

also, do you fill the bottom of your juice well with cotton, or leave some gaps in some places?

ta :)

Best of luck, I found smoking whilst vaping helped, then I eventually cut down from 20 a day, to 5,3,2,1. I couldn't go cold turkey straight away even whilst vaping. Vaping definitely helps you quit.

Digbys is the cheapest I have really. Tried budget juices and dont rate them tbh. Bit of a juice snob but hey

Nothing wrong with that mate.. :)
The only cheap juices I vape at the moment all come from one vendor, they sell the worst hardware but when it comes to juices, I've not had a bad one. It seems to be home brew 50/50, comes in plastic bottle but they seem to know what they are doing; well at least they copy and pasted the right text on to their website. lol

haha, may I ask what eliquid that is and how much?

right now its costing me £8 for 100ml of juice, or £35 for 1 litre :p or 20 quid for half a litre. they mix it to your specification too, its pretty good actually.

especially considering I use around 30ml per day, Iv cut back a bit cause of the costs down from 50ml.

But I see some sites its like 40 quid for 100ml, im just like EH! whats in it, Cheryl coles vagina juice? that would cost me 100s of pounds per week to vape at the amount I use.

I thought i was getting it cheap at £17 ish per 100ml from spectrum. Can't fault their juice but the new bottles having to use a dropper to get the juice out then into the tank is a pain in the bum.

Aye, where I get 100ml for 8 quid from ,it comes in bottles with a safety cap on. like them ones you get on a bottle of tablets, its all labelled up good etc. I just pour it into small 10ml bottles iv got spare from old eliquids, cause I only vape the same flavour anyway so the old bottle doesn't contaminate what I get.

I get it from here: http://bluestar-eliquid.co.uk/

They actually have a really good customer service, bulk orders come in 100ml, 200, 500, 750 and 1l all way up to like 50 litres I think, all at great prices.

But anyway because though iv mentioned this 100 times on here haha so if your reading this and know what im going to say then sorry :P
But, Iv always smoked hangsen eliquid for 18 months of ry4, couldn't stand the taste of anything else for 24/7 vaping, maybe for a few blasts yeah but meh nah.
Even when I got this bluestar ry4, its a different taste of ry4, its more pure, I guess that's not a bad thing eh!, but it was different I didn't like it at first, now I do.

And im glad I like it, because bluestar liquids, though they state there bulk orders, its 100ml, well I asked them to split it into two 50ml bottles both at different pg and vg ratios, and they did it for me no extra charge, also changed the nicotine strength to what I asked for etc specificly.

its just great actually, cant fault them at all, top people over there, they email you back within a few mins etc

Same thing they're using now, push down and twist.

I still have some empty 10ml bottles kicking around, might have to try getting it into them. I don't mind the dropper so much at home but it's annoying using it at work multiple times a day.

Got to agree although personally I wouldn't touch Digbys again with a barge pole.

Currently vaping Space Jams Andromeda and I already have their Pluto in my basket to order next.

Does anyone else feel they are just on a (expensive) journey?.

I mean I have 3 drippers. ~10 RTA's, 2 mech mods and 3 box mods.

I recently fell for the Lemo guff from all of the so-called reviewers on youtube which is perfectly fine for what it is...but ultimately what really defines my vape experience is purely the liquid. Doesn't matter whether the topcap is domed or has an easy to control AFC. If the juice is crap then you are only putting lipstick on a pig.

I feel the only logical and perhaps final step for me is DIY liquids and then vape till I die or quit completely.

Its miles better than anything that costs £8 for that much bud. Theres some vry complex juices out there and although some of the mark up is shocking ,the juice itself is noticeably better. I'm not saying you shouldn't like what you like nor meaning to offend but once I moved from hangstens to digbys (first gourmet) I couldnt go back. The issue for most people though is price so I understand why people buy the cheapest

I used digbys as an example as apart from the bit I bought this month I haven't bothered with them in ages

This, this, this, this and this. I'm flavour first so apart from the rose I bought lately all I spend on is new juices although I spend a lot on juices (its embarrassing how much).

I hear you there brother
I'm just itching to get a hana dna 40, I'm trying to hold off until payday, I have my road tax this month and MOT the month after so I'm trying not to spend, esp since I know I need a new car. I've got over £80 pounds worth of vape mail coming from ft in different orders already.

And I'm very disappointed in my lemo drop, i need to spend some time with it, but when I have other tanks that are working correctly, I just reach for one of thoose.
