Just started this vaping lark and wondered, are there any liquids that can legally make you feel happy?

Apologies if this is a naughty question.

also....how do you know when a the coil thing needs changing?

Thanks

Coils you will notice flavour starts to drop of, and the gape gets a little harsher.

There are CBD e-liquids available but that's where that conversation ends as it's not something I know about or should be discussed on here

After being bamboozled by the billions of different products on the market, I've just gone with a simple starter kit, namely, the Endura T22 kit with a few packs of extra coils to keep me going for a while.

Ditto with the ejuices, prices are nuts on a lot of them so I signed up to the Vape A Box subscription thing, I'll probably try it for a month or so and if it's no good, def it off :)

Vapeabox is pretty good. Been with them for 3 months now and i've only had a couple of juices that I heavily disliked.
They do seem to send out a lot of clones though, someone i've asked them about but had nothing back as yet.

EDIT: I've just had an email back from them saying that they don't send out clones. I find this quite hard to believe given that some of the flavours have just been a bit off. Not bad per sé, but just not quite right.
Also, the packaging for the bottles can vary from slightly to wildly different from what is advertised.

I'll stick with them for another couple of months, but if I don't get at least a couple of reputable brands flavours, then i'll cancel.

Any advice would be great. I was thinking about the Cletio but not sure about what tanks are good or not. I like to vape around the 0.2/0.5 area and i am not to fussed about the liquids i use. Normally fruity/pastry high VG ones.
Cleito is very good, but quite a heavy consumer.
My Triton was pretty good. Sigelei also do some lovely tanks.
Most sub-ohms will handle high VG, although you will usually have to leave a good few seconds between drags (5-10 secs) so teh juice can wick through each time. I've always been too impatient for that, though...

By that, I assume it means they get genuine concentrates from the genuine brand and then, here in the UK, mix to your specified the PG/VG/Nic ratio?

VapeMail does it like that and puts the juice in their own packaging, which is not only cheaper but also a TPD compliance thing - My local B&Ms are also changing stock so they only stock 'Made In The UK' brands in readiness. I heard a couple of big names (like Space Jam, or maybe Cuttwood) are trying to establish EU/UK manufacturing plants, so their wares can still be sold here.

Thanks for your insight bud :) They seemed to get good reviews on various vaping forums so figured I'd get their silver box a try, I'm hoping to get all my bits soon but annoyingly, it doesn't look like the Endura T22 nor the VapeABox have shipped yet so possibly another few days on the fags.

Have you tried any of the other subscription boxes or tester packs?

Fluff up the ends and push it into the well area, better to have too much then too little with it, make sure air can get under the coils too (don't pack under them with cotton).

On my third build with mine, dual twisted 24awg (I think, may be 26?) Kanthal, 5 spaced wraps, 0.14ohm, 100w, stunning

As above.
As long as the holes on the deck are covered you're good to go. It's hard to build it wrong to be honest.

Running mine with 6 wraps clapton at 2.5mm at 70W its a beast, same smoke as the normal one but with less leakage and top filling, i just fluff the ends adn poke under, starting from the end (if that makes any sense, just check the holes are covered my first attempt was a bit leaky.)

Rewicked this thing a couple of times now since I was convinced I used too much cotton but now It seems I haven't used quite enough and it is getting a little slimey around the airflow ring aswell as some gurgling  Cheers for the tips hopefully I can master it as the flavour is spot on.

Hey all.

Been awhile since i was last in this section of the forums.

Today i tried to do my first dual coil and im wondering if it went ok. I havent blown up yet so thats good hehe.

I used the calculator steam thing to get around 1.1ohm or there abouts. I did 14 wraps per side, and i have checked with using my camera phone to zoom in to count as counting normally was tricky with my eyes, i kept missing where i was up to lol and where i was along the wraps. Anyhow camera zoom to the rescue. So yeah 14 per side.

But ive ended up reading 0.9ohm. Is that ok and safe? As according to the steam calculator 0.9 should be 11 wraps.

Oh i wrapped it around the blue screwdriver you get with some rda's. My magma clone for example which measures 2mm on the width.

When i was firing at about 15 or 18w to then check if they glowed together ok which they didnt at first but after a bit of pressing with some pliers they glowed together at the same time ok. So im sure they are good at least from my understanding after doing about 4-5 good coils for my single coil builds in the magma thats been ok for 8 months or so i think now.

Just confused why the wraps = ohms wasnt what the calculator said. Or is my istick 30w not reading it right and might be off a notch or so?

In short

28G k A1 wire
2mm blue mini screwdriver used
14 wraps per coil
nice and snug the screws holding the coils in.
using magma rda clone
istick 30w

That all sounds good Skeeter, dont worry if the ohms are a little off, as you squeeze and pinch the coils the ohms do alter a bit, plus steam engine cant account for the resistance in your mod or atty.

Anyone tried out the nipple RDA? Picked up a pretty good looking clone from FT for a few quid as they look quite nice, will be coupled with a smpl v2.

Waiting on the pico to ship, it's taking them an age to get them in!

For those of you who want a Goblin Mini sized RTA, but only for Single coil, FT have a pre order for a Wotofo Serpent... Mini.

SKU: 4613300

22mm dia, 3ml capacity, top filling... 29mm height.

Im tempted, £14.55 but only in silver so far.

Gents my Sigelli 30w has stripped it's threads so it's time for a replacement.

I only vape a 15w on either a .8 or 1.2 ohm coil with my subtank. Any good things out there that won't cost the earth but hold up well. My sigelei hasn't skipped a beat for 8 months daily use and dropping.

Or am I just best off getting a new 30w Sigelli.

The seller I ordered my T22 from blatantly didn't have stock and kept moving the delivery dates which was frustrating. Ended up having to cancel my order, and decided I may as well spend a little extra on a kit that'll last me a bit longer.

Ended up getting a Cool Fire IV Plus and a CLEITO :P tank for £50, a bit more expensive but it should last me longer :)

So I am now incredibly happy with my VTC Mini + Uwell Crown set-up, even if the top-fill function means leak-city. 30w cool vapes up 75w flavour explosions is cracking from such a tiny kit, and it recharges fast enough for moderate vaper like me.

I do want a secondary tank though, as the Triton-S that I got with the VTC initially is crap (albeit it SO leak-proof!).

Any affordable tanks like the Crown, with good and affordable pre-built coils? Can't be bothered with RTA.

Cheers

Hmm just noticed a few little bits of white stuff floating around in my tank - never noticed this before. Anyone come across this before?
