Phil - all I see with the middle and right mod are robots from Futurama. :D

Is that Snapdragon worth the price tag? Looks nice mind!

UKD - I've not played around with the TC yet, brave new world for me. Why wouldn't a device support SS for TC when it does for Ni out of interest?

Well worth the money IMO, I got mine for a steal off a friend but I would gladly pay RRP for another.

Not a cloud chucked but produces nice dense clouds with great flavour

The lack of support for TI or SS on some mods i think is down to cost of the boards and extra programming...

Got my two new Aromamizer Drip Tips from BigTips... fantastic job.

Looking good UKDTweak. They really do transform the tanks don't they. You want to get the V2 bases on there.

They are great and thank you for sharing the info that led me to get them.. loving them.

Im trying not to spend any more money on mods or tanks and the velocity decks work great as they are.

I haven't had a vape since Monday night. After 3 years vaping, the last year with a Subtank Nano, in the last 2-3 months I've been waking up with slightly sore lungs. This would happen with a variety of juices and I'm not sure why. It may have all started after I went to the 0.5 ohm coils rather than 1.2 ohm.

Not vaping for the last 3 days has been remarkably easy and I have had few cravings, this is probably because I was on 3mg juice.

Its nice to not wake up and have slightly sore lungs. :)

Firstly - Did you drop the nicotine level when you went to the 0.5?
Rookie thing, but even I have occasionally forgotten that.

Secondly - Did you vape a higher PG or VG?
I know a number of people have reactions to high PG, but I've known a couple who reacted to higher VG instead.
VG is a humectant, which can pull moisture from your mouth, nose, throat and lungs, leaving you dry and perhaps even sore. Again, I've been told that people have experienced a dryness in the air when I've been vaping around them.

Thirdly - I get soreness and coughing off certain juices, particularly some custard and some biscuit ones, although many fruit ones also do it. I do notice it quite soon after starting the juice, though.

Fourthly - It might just be taking in huge lung hits of sub-ohm cloudiness. While vaping is 95% safer than ciggies, it's still drawing into your lungs something they were not designed for.

If you want to continue vaping, perhaps dial it back or try shorter drags?

Keeping hydrated is one of the main things when Vaping, from my experience.

Make sure you're drinking plenty fluids through the day, I always take a bottle of water with me to bed anyway and neck that before I doze off.

Anyone got any thoughts on a decent MTL tank?
I'm using a Nautilus Mini, but fancy something with just a bit more vape, for when I can't step into the SubOhm side of things... ideally one not too tall, either.

I hear the Cubis tank makes for a good MTL, with the right atty?

I use the triton mini - use the nautilus coils but has more airflow options and is top fill
Interesting... slightly shorter than the Nautilus, too. Airflow on the Nauti seems to be a coil limitation, though. Think it'd handle 60 or 70VG?

Any other suggestions?

Triton 2 - very slightly shorter than the Nautilus but a bit wider - top fill, 3.5ml tank

Micro TFV4 - much shorter but wider than the Nautilus - much easier top fill, but not sure how secure it would be rattling round in a pocket

Both have a nice airy draw on the 1.8 coils and they seem to run 70VG without any problems

Kayfun lite
Beyond vape silo (Uses nautilus and triton mini coils)
Tried a KFL, wasn't so much a fan.
Silo... Bit big and still concerned about the atties.

G
Or if you want to push the boat out as such try a gennie
Have heard of, but not sure which ones they are/who makes them - Do you have a link?

Do they regularly pop open and spill out, or is that just the occasional pleb moment where someone's sat on it?

So long as it's not too airy...? I'm still looking to stay fairly within the MTL bracket on these.

Nextgen, Nextiny and Inax are the current favourites AFAIK ( Genesis atties is more slinxys thing than mine).

Not sure who has stock of any of the above and none of them are particularly cheap, but on the flip side if you buy used you will be able to move them on with little to no loss at all

I'm gonna suggest the Avocado, strikes a nice balance between gennies and RTA's, dead easy to build on and great flavour, can be closed right down for MTL too. Kayfun Mini V3 clone is good too, I use that for MTL because I have my Avocado set up for DTL, but I'd say they're on par for MTL flavour.

Re: TFV4 Micro
The Micro and the Mini apparently don't suffer from popping open as much as the standard one.
Airflow is also controlled at the base of the drip tip and the base of the tank.

Cleito has an adjustable airflow ring.. I just tried MTL with it almost shut and it seems good but I dont normally do that so just offering an opinion. I'm a big fan of the tank tbh.. the simplicity and reliability of it has put all my rebuildables in a drawer. It is sub ohm though. 0.4 coils are my preferred
