There's a load of Origennie type atties out at the moment; Vape geek Avocado and Wismec Theorem just to name two... if you don't mind the dry vape, just get an Origennie.

It works with both cotton and mesh. I would consider it the second best cotton atty on the market, the best that is actually obtainable.

For mesh I would say the inax's are better than the nextgens/tinys... but it's personal preference.

I have two origennies, two in'axes and only one nextgen; but that might change soon. lol

They are the holy trinity in gennie atties, but some old school users will say other wise. :)

Do they regularly pop open and spill out, or is that just the occasional pleb moment where someone's sat on it?

I only use it as my at-home tank, because I am the pleb that would forget and sit on it :D

It's nicely engineered, but it is easy to open. The way it opens means I'm sure it would be fine, I just prefer a securer one for carrying around.

So long as it's not too airy...? I'm still looking to stay fairly within the MTL bracket on these.

I only MTL too - the TFV4 is more open than the Triton - Triton feels slightly more open than the Nautilus, but you control the airflow with a slider rather than the click round, so there's more choice on it.

Hi guys/gals,

On the advice earlier in this thread (Ican't be bothered looking for the post) I purchased some Aspire gear based on my needs. Specifically the Nautilus Mini tank, as well as a cf vv battery.

I've been enjoying it, but have developed a problem, and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. When I plug it in to charge the blue light comes on (as it should during charging) but then immediately goes out. If I leave the unit plugged in, it does seem to take some charge, however it still does not last anywhere near its capabilities.

I'm not sure how to proceed. Do I have a battery fault, a charger fault? How can I tell?

Thanks peeps!

After a few days MTLing on the Nextiny with some 12mg Heisenberg I mixed up (12mg!!!! I've not vaped that high in years), I've re-discovered how relaxing and enjoyable an old-school vape can be. No big clouds, no big power. Just 17W and oodles of flavour.

Thanks Slinxy for recommending I try a new generation genny. Got to be the best MTL vape I've ever had.

Hi Chaps,

What's a good starter setup? I could really do with getting back into vaping after being back on the smokes for the past year or so.

I was looking at the eGo AIO kit but I fear the battery might be too short. Happy to spend a little extra for better battery life and performance. I'll be buying coils rather than building them, and I won't be doing anything mental so too many power options probably would be wasted on me.

Thanks.

no worries mate... the new generation of genny with the center post is a lot easier to vape with.

I wrap mine to a 0.9ish and vape it at 19 watts, with my nextgen and my in'axes and they do produce a restricted lung hit wide open. a 25r last a day and a half.

bad news on the battery front, there's new rules regarding the transport of batteries, hence why stores are running out of stock. might be worth ordering spares if you haven't got any in at the moment; just in case.

Good news: Monda's Pantry is only £20 pounds for 100ml at red juice, I was going to order 200ml of cloudy lemonade but I have litters of juice at the moment so I've ordered 100ml.

anyone going to vape fest?

Spent the morning cleaning all my tanks fresh coils and charging my batteries etc etc

Mini Volt / Subtank with Bone Crusher
Kangertech Mini / Aspire Clieto with Merica
Fuchai / Herkales Plus with The Black on temp

Today was a good day! :D

I would say battery as the chargers are pretty reliable.
If your anywhere near bridge of don i can give you a charger to try.

1 week since I started again, had 12 cigs since then but I've cut out over 100 I'd normally smoke so not bad.

Thinking of a new tank around 30 pound and Temperature control anyone any suggestions.

Cheers

Cleito has an adjustable airflow ring. I just tried MTL with it almost shut and it seems good but I dont normally do that so just offering an opinion. I'm a big fan of the tank tbh.. the simplicity and reliability of it has put all my rebuildables in a drawer. It is sub ohm though. 0.4 coils are my preferred

I already got one of those. Not something I'd close the airflow on, TBH. It gets VERY warm.
Also prefer something with non-sub coils, both to keep the clouds down and so it will work on my non-sub mods.

So today I recieved an Supreme RDTA and have put some 26/32g Claptons 8 Wraps/2.5mm but before I wick this thing I was wondering if anyone has some wicking tips for this RDTA?

Fluff up the ends and push it into the well area, better to have too much then too little with it, make sure air can get under the coils too (don't pack under them with cotton).

On my third build with mine, dual twisted 24awg (I think, may be 26?) Kanthal, 5 spaced wraps, 0.14ohm, 100w, stunning

Running mine with 6 wraps clapton at 2.5mm at 70W its a beast, same smoke as the normal one but with less leakage and top filling, i just fluff the ends adn poke under, starting from the end (if that makes any sense, just check the holes are covered my first attempt was a bit leaky.)

Hey, its been a while since i have had to post something in the thread.

My current set up is;
Snow wolf 200w with twisted messes dipper.

Now i seem to be going through the liquids pretty quick 30ml per week (rough guess)
I am after a tank that wont guzzle the liquid.

Any advice would be great. I was thinking about the Cletio but not sure about what tanks are good or not. I like to vape around the 0.2/0.5 area and i am not to fussed about the liquids i use. Normally fruity/pastry high VG ones.

Look into DIY, it's the cheapest, easiest way to save you a boatload of money. A 30ml of juice will cost you a maximum of about £1.50. It's a bit of an investment in time and money to start up, but experimenting mixing your own flavours can be pretty fun, and once you've got it nailed you can vape whatever or whenever you like and never have to worry about the cost.

If you don't want to bother, then it's a new tank. The Cleito is pretty good, but from what I've read it does guzzle juice, and a tank makes it especially easy to blast through. Perhaps a Goblin Mini V2, the small size means you can still get some pretty damn good flavour at a lower wattage, which will help you use less juice.

After being bamboozled by the billions of different products on the market, I've just gone with a simple starter kit, namely, the Endura T22 kit with a few packs of extra coils to keep me going for a while.

Ditto with the ejuices, prices are nuts on a lot of them so I signed up to the Vape A Box subscription thing, I'll probably try it for a month or so and if it's no good, def it off :)

Just started this vaping lark and wondered, are there any liquids that can legally make you feel happy?

Apologies if this is a naughty question.

also....how do you know when a the coil thing needs changing?

Thanks
