It's better if you get it all seperate personally mate.
I'd highly recommend you pick up a set of scales and mix by weight as opposed to volume, it's a hell of a lot easier and you hardly have anything to clean up.

Concentrates are a personal choice, I mostly use FlavourArt, Capella and TFA (The Flavour Apprentice) - http://vapable.com/. Just take note that some contain known 'nasty' ingredients; Acetoin, Acetyl Propionyl and potentially Diacetyl. For the record FlavourArt (FA) use NONE of these ingredients. Stay away from Flavor West concentrates!!

I'd probably pick up 2 of these to hold your PG and VG. 250ml ones are 45p each - choose the 24mm Natural Nozzle and Captive Cap option.

One thing I found was that my flavour mixes were not that great so I ended up buying some pre blended flavours which turned out, so far, much better. 
Just mixed up 300ml of red astaire at 3mg 80/20, smells incredible. Will run a tank of it tomorrow! If I like, while the 40% off is on, I may as well order a few hundred ml's of concentrate 
I got bag of cotton pads (144 I think?) back in April 2015, I've just pulled out the last 5 pads

Red Astaire is what TJuice are known for and what I'd recommend, but their Jacques Le Monis really quite nice too, possibly a bit of an acquired taste but I think it's lovely!

Whats the issue with flavour west concentrates? As I've got a few bottles at home

That does sound rather nice, big fan of friut+menthol mixes, will grab a few bottles of concentrate and give it a blast!

I mixed it at 20%, its a really really deep blood red, flavor is very good at 20%, though I suspect anywhere from 15-20% will be fine. I mainly went with 20% as I got 60ml concentrate, which is 20% of 300ml - I'm a lazy mixer

Anybody got any alternatives to DarkStar's premixed unflavoured E-Liquid Base base? Placed an order with them on 8th December which still hasn't arrived. Been communicating with them but since Thursday last week total comms blackout. No answer on their phone numbers either 
Not looking good especially as on their site, there are no products listed under Unflavoured E-Liquid Base either where there was before

Flavour West put ridiculously high amounts of sucralose/sugars in their concentrates. They also don't have any testing certificates available with regards to Diacetyl/Acetoin/Acetyl Propionyl.
Ever had a juice that gunks up coils in a couple of days? That'll be the added sweetener/sugar.
Flavour Art is my go-to concentrate manufacturer, but I also use TFA and Capella.

Don't bother with a pre-mixed base. Get your Nic/PG/VG separately.
You'll get a much more consistent mix and won't be tied down to a certain ratio.

Just waiting on my mix your own kit arriving soon, going to try and create my perfect flavour, plus have it as a little hobby too. Done plenty of reading up on it so looking g forward to having a go.
