***The Vapers Lounge*** 3.0

Tried a DIY recipe today based it off one of HICs but "spiced it up" a bit i think i have too much flavour, im going to let it settle then add more base to try and even it out.
Think i might stick with one shots for a bit :)

Not that I've tried it yet, but have 600ml now steeping, drip hacks appears great value for money, 50ml concentrate for £8.20, which in turn is usually enough for 300ml+ of liquid based on a 15% mix.

What rilot said too, tjuice concentrates are very good too!

Wow that is good value. From DripHacks I fancy trying; Blood Eagle, HeizenBlezzard and The One Who Knocks. Have you any of those on steeping? Would love to hear your thoughts. Shame they dont do small samples.

Very excited to commence my DIY adventure!

Is DIY difficult? Currently get the flavours I like from a local brewer for £18 per 100mls which is cheaper than most vendors but probably nowhere near as cheap making it myself.
If it isn't massively difficult and doesn't require a Heisenberg like RV with a science lab in, I'd be tempted.

PS I go through around 200-250mls per month, I'd prefer if I only had to make it every 2 months or so so 500mls batches would be ideal, what would that realistically cost me?

So I guess the serpent mini 25mm is a good tank? Seems to be highly rated from what I'm reading. Just thinking of ordering for FT using that code bit really want a good rta, something I can just stick a single or dual coil sub ohm build and vape. At the moment I've gone off the cleito120 tank so just using my limitless rdta which is a great tank, if a bit messy lol.

Also I've read the serpent mini you can take the build deck off without draining the tank?? If so that's pretty good as I've wasted enough juice trying to get my tanks wick right.
 
What are fast tech like for delivery? Should I chose a paid delivery over there free option? I need it within like 32 days and am aware of some of the horror stories on delivery times.

Knowing that and how to pay would help :) guessing PayPal and I'm guessing they charge a conversion fee for spending dollars.

Use epacket, usually $1.49, usually 6 day delivery!

Jesus that's fast! OK I'll set my account and that up now. Is it better to split the order to avoid tax stinging? Or do they tend to mark as gift anyway? And is epacket one of their delivery choices? Cheers muchly!
 
I can't say I've taken the time to look at what's on the parcel, but I don't know of anyone having been stung with any kind of tax on arrival to the UK.

Yes, shipping options on checkout, click view more then find something like 'united kingdom epacket express' with a very minor price next to it and use that

So a few random musings to keep this thread alive and full of debate :)

  • Awaiting delivery of my PG, VG, Nic, bottles and Heisenberg concentrate ready to pop my DIY cherry. Already planning my next concentrates and a big order of ibottles at 10ml (sampling), 30ml (daily usage) and 100ml (steeping/storage).

  • In other news, I've chose to ditch my Cleito120 and go back to a Uwell, an SE1. Not expecting flavour to be as good or even coil life, but hate the build quality of Cleito. The filling cap is a git for sticking.

  • Was considering a new mod, an Alien Smok, but decided I like my Sigelei 213 which has never let me down.

  • Juice wise, currently working my way though ALL of the NovaVapes range. Only one I dont like, which I actually binned, was the peanut and strawberry. Nasty. I had to air out the house and change coil. Good juice technically, but just not my bag. Their strawberry cream however, my god, smooth and creamy. Lovely.

  • I've hit a point I didn't think I'd arrive at - vaping becoming a hobby rather than a smoking cessation. Could still murder a cigarette when I first wake up, but a few good draws on the vape and I'm good. I have however had to give up black coffee and alcohol, as both directly equal smoking to me.

I've said this before to a few people regarding a drink and the associated smoking urge, have a play around with different flavours and find one that suits what you drink, you may find your ADV crap for sitting with a pint...

I wouldn't have thought so, I think epacket price should come down to ¢49 for that size order too :)

E:. One thing to remember is to make sure everything is either listed as in stock or ships next day, if you have items with a lead time or pre order, put those in a separate order as not to hold up dispatch of in stock items ;)
