***The Vapers Lounge*** 3.0

Well, fixed my tank issue, drilled out the air hole in the nautilis to 3mm, slight improvement (enough to know its now the coil is the bottleneck), could live with this as a daily.

Might have a wee gander at a new tank anyway just for the sake of buying something.

I treated myself to a TFV8 and man this thing chucks out clouds but leaking like a mofo. Any advice guys? I have tried to make sure everything is screwed in nice and tight but just can't stop it. Using the 0.15 coil and great flavour but no good if I can't stop it leaking :(

That sucks... I had leaking issues with 2x TFV4 & 1x TFV4 Mini... just couldn't stop them from dumping their juice out the air holes and I'm sure all o-rings were in the right place :(

I have 2x TFV8s and not a single drip from either of them. I really like how it goes together, so much easier than the TFV4.

I'm not sure what to advise checking that you won't have already checked, like making sure the o-rings are in place and that they're not crushed at an off angle or anything like that - because that can cause leaks.

Perhaps try your local vape store, they might be able to point you in the right direction?

Otherwise maybe there is a fault. A handful of TFV4s were known for having issues with the thread that wouldn't seal properly and they would leak. Maybe you just got a bad tank.

I've sold a few too and not had any complaints of leaking so far.

Bought the 4ML adaptor for my Nautilus X, sick of filling it already and only had it just over a week!

Works out quite expensive for what it is though, original kit plus the adapter is about £25 altogether

Ordered some more blue slush from Jackamoo, along with some smaller bottles of Apple Sourz and a banana milkshake one.

There Blue Slush is my new favourite vape. The balance of flavours is just perfect. I find that a lot of the slush mixes have a slightly acidic taste to them but there's is just a lovely sweet tang with just a hint of menthol.

Cheers for the info. A proper head scratcher and checked the O rings and all look good. I think I will contact Smok and see what they say. Not read of too many others having leaks but read a few.

When I read that I thought LOL... the TFV8 will be too big for the 213... but I just put one of mine on the 213 and it isn't too big at all - looks/feels OK to me.

Although, I wouldn't use this tank on anything less than a 3 battery mod for me really... you'd be swapping batteries too often :P

It likes 100-140W depending on the coil and it drains 3-battery mods quickly... let alone 2 bat mods.

It's TCR mode that's broken, not TC mode and wattage works fine.

I've not been much of a fan of TC/TCR mode when I've tried it - usually vape on power mode and it's a great mod for that. Really nice ergonomically.

I don't like the cuboid... it's uncomfortable in my hand. The 213 sits very nicely.

Ah well, cancelled the 213 anyway and got a cuboid :p. Just arrived. Seems to work well so far. Will see how I get on with 2 batteries. :)

A few people i know have had leaking probs & it seems it is down to the leads ,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bu9J5cIMUyk

I had some blue slush from rejuiced, it was 0 nic tho and so feels like air only with barely any flav. Double shot too.

I might re check them later if a nice flav comes on offer but for now i wana check somewhere else.

Love to find a rhubarb and custard 70/30 mix 3mg tho if i can find it at reasonable price for 30 ml. As anything over a 5-6 quid is just too much.

edit - hmm they do now seem to have rhubarb and custard flav, so bought it. :) Also figured id try that raspberry one for 2.50. Used a code JUICEDB5 for 40p off too so just under a tenner. Not too bad for 2x 30ml ones delivered.

Just got my order through from Jackamoo, couldn't have come at a better time as I was really hating my time with the Jungle Juice, probably would have me back on the stinkies as the flavour is disgusting on it.

Really impressed with the service though, second order has arrived quickly, well packaged and ready to vape out of the envelope. Plus the free Haribo makes it a winner :D

How high are you running it and are you chain-vaping?
Almost every tank (apart from maybe the cup design ones) will leak if the tank gets really hot and either the air inside expands to push the juice out, or it creates a vacuum when it cools down and leaks 'backwards'.

Good luck.

Be sure you drop your retailer a message too in case you have to return it for replacement.

Christ it canes juice, bit light headed and its only 3mg! :p

Well worth it for the flavour though... I think I'm going to keep a few more when I order another batch... just sold my last one today.

Really tempted to pull the trigger on a TFV8. Must resist tempation!

Go for it, well worth it - one of my favourite tanks and I usually prefer rebuildables. By far the best tank with exchangeable coils for flavour. Beats out everything else I've tried.

I got blue slush on offer from them too, and it's decent, but I much prefer the Jackamoo Blue Slush.

I've had a Rhubarb concentrate in my flavours tin for a while now, haven't used it yet. Let me know what the R&C juice is like when you receive it.

I know Decadent Vapours have a R&C concentrate but I haven't tried it, would prefer to mix my own.

Any tips for sorting a gurgling Nautilus Mini? Taken it to bits and cleaned several times now and still not right, was fine for months then a couple of days ago it started being really hard to draw and gurgling :/

Yeah just take drip tip off, put some kitchen towel or clothe over where the drip tip was and then give it a really good flip from up to down kinda like fishing with a rod. Hopefully that will get the trapped liquid out and stop the gurgling. Does for me just a few quick hard shakes usually does it. Then dry the inside of where the drip tip goes and make sure the drip tip is clean of liquid inside too then put back on and u should be ok.

@Gee will do.

@krooton, the blue slush while it was a mistake to go 0 nic i feel now and it doesn't have strong flav maybe cos of the lack of nic, there are times when i vape it i do get some flav and it is nice i just wish it was more intense instead of a hint of it.

Wish i had a few more quid to spare as i popped on Jackamoo website and notice a blueberry muffin on clearance going for £4 for 30ml which i was gona grab. Next time my money comes through and its still on offer i might grab it to try.
