***The Vapers Lounge*** 3.0

I am running it on a Fuchai 213 in TC mode at 170C. Not too hot and not chaining it. I have been using Kanger sub ohm tanks for months and months without a single leak and I do chain those.
There are two types of vaper - Those whose Kangers do not leak... and those whose Kangers seem to be in perpetual ****ing contests!!
Mine always leaked so badly, you'd think they didn't have any o-rings... I likely won't ever buy Kanger again. They seem like quite the skimpers on quality and longevity...

I have had a few puffs this morning from it as well and still good. Fingers crossed :)
IIRC, the Smok TFV tanks had/have issues with the top fill seal, usually resulting in the top popping open and spewing inside your pocket, but even a small defect could problems with the air.

Picked up some 'Charlies Chalk Dust Slamberry' today.
Have you tried their Dream Cream?
High wattage only, but fantatstic. Does get a little syrupy after a while, though.

Limitless rdta...the plus worth getting over the regular one? Besides a larger tank capacity and costing three times as much I can't see much else different between the two?
Over the other... not sure. Not seen quite such a price difference myself, though I guess it depends where you shop. My plus was only, what, £24? That's only £7 more than the old model...

Definitley a good buy, though - I picked one up on Saturday. This thing absolutely CHUCKS clouds on only 50w!!
You really need that 6ml capacity...

Main difference seems to be the thicker, no-longer-plastic airflow adjustment, although they apparently listened to customers and fixed all the niggles and issues people had with the first one. Improved 2-post (Velocity style?) deck, 510 drip tip adapter, bigger coil holes for 11mm coils...

Mike Vapes and The Vapin Biker have pretty good in-depth video reviews on YouTube.

Vapemail! Smok tfv4 mini and teslacigs stealth.

Stealth is pretty good, wasnt sure on the whole auto setting of wattage but some subtank testing seems to yeild it runs slightly cooler than i'd run normally, so no charring wicks is nice.

Running the tfv4 on the sigelei atm at 55w (breaking it in still), on the factory coil its a tasty cloud chucker, although the coil to juice capacity ratio is considerably less than what i'm used to.

Main plan is to run the tfv4 mini on the stealth, subtank's a tad small for it as im practically pressing the fire button with my face.

Yer, a guy I work with swears by his TFV4 and his Kanger sub ohm tank leaked but the two I have are good as gold and no probs at all. No issues with the TFV8 to speak of but if I put it in my pocket and drive about a bit, the top twists open and leaks (gonna happen). The amount of juice it burns through as well doesn't really make this a viable tank, which is a shame, as the flavour and clouds are great but not sure I would recommend it unless someone makes their own juice like me and even then I would be hard pushed.

I always use the supplied vape band around the swivel top fill on my Smok tanks , have done since the TFV4.Do not have the TFV8 but do have the TF RDTA & the TF RDA G4 & both do not leak except for user error.

Can i join the club of ive had 2 subtanks, one that never leaked and one that came with a dodgy o ring from factory but has never leaked since it was changed?

And who's tfv4 mini does seem to like going nuclear after about 3 pulls and making even 80/20 runny enough to drip out the vent?

Man that thing gets hot fast

Incase anyone fancied watching all those and finding out if anything was discovered with vaping.

Mainly just watched this one myself. https://gfn.net.co/gfn2016-videos?vblimitstart=12#vbVideo_652000310 Seems harmful stuff happens after 4v, which is a bit worrying as on my dual coil magma to get a decent hit i had it up to 22-23w which was about 4.6v ish. So gona try keeping it under 4v now i think even tho i dont get much vapor there or taste.

Surely though that's a difference in tanks/coils.

4v through a 2 ohm coil and a .5 ohm coil is going to be very different.

The principle there seems to be basically dry hits and burnt coils are bad for you, which im sure most vapers would agree simply adds to the reasons to avoid them alongside poor taste.

Funny really, accidentally got a blast of the nautilis after the k box decided arbitrarily to change to 38w, god that was awful and not a mistake i plan to make again.

I'll take a look, on FT, the regular is ~£10 while the plus is ~£30

You can run your Magma at 5v if you wanted, provided it's not dry hitting you're fine. If you look at the video, they were using old CE4 atomizers which are no doubt not going to wick at anything around 4.2/4.4v they mentioned.

Anything above that voltage is going to burn the cotton/wick inside, which is what the results show.

Can i use clapton coils in the magma clone rda? If so what one and wheres a good place to buy at reasonable i.e cheap but genuine prices. 5 coils should last awhile as last ages if u dry burn now and then dont they. Well normal coils do. Still not sure how a coil can go bad yet.

Well, im definately in the kanger doesnt leak/smok does crowd.

Woke up this morning to find the contents nicely distributed over the whole of my sigelei.

Had a breif check this morning, nothing visually obvious as the cause, think it might have just made its way out through the coil.

Meanwhile the subtank's dry as a bone as per usual

I'm in the opposite camp!
TFV4 (Mircro) never leaked
Various Kanger (Subtank, Neebox) Juice shower!

You can. Either pre-built from the likes of Fasttech (https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10014736/4470500-authentic-mkws-kanthal-a1-clapton-pre-coiled) or get a roll of Clapton wire and wrap them yourself.

Personally I'd do the latter (http://www.vape-atomizer-mesh.com/p...e---10-Metre---Spool---14.76-OHMS-M-2938.html)

Does anybody know where I can buy new Crown II coils that don't burn out in a matter of days? Apparently some UK vendors have Uwells 3rd batch of coils now (still shiney, just a with less cotton/better coils), just don't know where to go for them.
