Will find out tomorrow! Been off the cigs 3 months now and first proper night out so I'm sure it'll be a test of willpower/battery life!

The best advice I can give you...

Get a few cans/what ever you drink, in at home, a few different liquids and find one that works well with a drink.

I usually vape sweet liquids through the day, but on the beer I like a nice aniseed or menthol liquid - Heisenberg or frozen forest usually :)

vampire vape rhubarb and custard goes well with lager, tend to end up chain vaping after a few, handy the local is vape friendly

You need an MTL tank with a good throat hit for tootling on when drinking and high nic or even high PG juice

I have an Eleaf GS Air M, cost me £15 on ebay, 6MG nic and I use 70PG liquid in it, nice throat hit and very satisfying vape in terms of mimicking a cig

Sub Ohming doesnt replicate smoking enough for me, I have a couple of sub ohm tanks that I've bought to try and keep going back to my little eleaf, only put 8W through it too. Because its so satisfying to vape I'm not constantly picking it up either
 
Well, once again i have lost faith in the vcmt.

Maybe its lack of ability on my part but i cannot get a build to satisfy the trifecta of a good vape, no leaking, and lasting a decent length.

Must have rebuilt this thing 5 or 6 times at least while the little tfv4 mini has been soldiering on with the same coil for the best part of 2 months now.

Gonna pop round the local vape shop and pick up a full size tfv4 and have done, at least then i can use the same coils between the 2, sad really as when the vcmt is going well its a pretty good vape.

Its been 9 days since i last smoked.

tbf I'm struggling at the moment as the mrs bought me 0.3mg nic juice and i think thats not giving me that throat hit i craved with smoking also I'm down to the last bottle which is latte flavour and its not that great.

I'm thinking of going back to 0.6mg nic or actually trying something higher as i really like that throat hit and it stops me chain vaping

Would the 0.5 ohm coil work with anything higher than 0.6mg nic or would i need to go for a 0.2 ohm coil?

I'm using the cool fire IV plus which is rated upto 70w although I've never gone higher than 40w as it chokes me to death.

This is why I have setups for going out drinking and dossing about...

not that I go drinking much; but I normally carry a cloud chasing 6mg setup..
nor doss about about that much; cheapish setup with 6mg mtl or 3mg cloud chasing kit.

I would cry for days if I lost or damage some of my setups.. lol
I'm still pee'd that I dropped my nextgen and smashed the glass on that..

I've been told to keep my sunday best at home, but I still managed to mark them up.. lol

Suppose that they are made to be used.. else I might as well just sell them. :)

If you're direct lung vaping then 6mg will be fine. I normally vape 3mg but always keep some 6mg around for emergencies if I'm really stressed.
If you are mouth to lung vaping then you really want to be up to a 12mg or higher as a recent quitter.

dont worry about the power your using, you set the power by what the coil can take rather than the limit of the mod, if you hit the limit of the mod on a certain coil only then is it time to get a bigger mod.

Yeah I've learned the hard way with using this device first few coils i burned out and always got that burnt taste

Only found one liquid that i like at the moment which is a vimto tasting flavour i did like a tobacco flavour but its hard to get so I'm always looking

First few days with this mod i had dry hits all the time as i had the air valve set too high turned it down and its much better now. The coil is rated upto 35w but I've pushed it to 40w as i have found the flavour is more pronounced but I'm getting through juice quick.

60ml gone in 9 days eeek :/

I'm getting to the point where i feel i can go the day without vaping though which is a good sign.

Its only boredom why I'm chain vaping sitting at my computer playing BF1 currently where its "die take a hit" "map loading take 3 hits" lol


oh and if anyone is curious yes food tastes a lot better now as well as playing "night time" action oooh er

I wasn't keen on the silly-ness of vaping but I'm a convert now and wouldn't go back to analogs unless i had a dire need to.

Going out for my bday tonight so hopefully i'll stay away from having a crafty fag

60ml in 9 days is not that much really. Especially in a sub-ohm tank.
I do about that amount and I'm not really a heavy user.
I would recommend trying somewhere like Jackamoo for juice, great value and speedy service.
 
60ml in 9 days isn't too bad.

combining the vcmt and tfv4 i could manage up to 20ml a day (more like 15 though)

jackamoo juice and novavapes are good calls, novavapes give more stock choices of pg/vg and nicotine, but jackamoo have a good range of some really nice flavours *tokes on some lemon heaven*, neither seem to be coil killers either (so once you find a good wattage you wont find coils gunking every 2 days like some american flavours can do).

on another note, decided not go get another tfv4 just yet, stuck a subtank on the stealth but it just underpowers it, so i'm now running 30w through a subtank on an rx200, the scale is hilarious :D
 
Just picked up some "pinkman" from the local brick and mortar i don't think I'm one for fruity flavours but i do fancy some type of custard... I'll take a look at jackamoo and order some plus size trousers whilst I'm at it :D
 
The jackamoo juice strawberry shortcake. Was rather nice at first. But from 30ml to about 8ml left in the bottle, ive noticed that very familiar smell and taste of popcorn as its very strong. Anyone else get that after a vape is running low and has deepend in colour after awhile say few weeks since u bought it? Its exactly like when a custard vape is left for a few weeks too and goes darker orange in color. Im worried about it containing the Diacetyl. I mean its very buttery/popcorn kinda taste. I noticed it in devilioius custard after awhile, rejuiced custard, jackamoos strawberry shortcake now. I think its also in a cream based ejuice i have had before too.

Thoughts? safe to vape even tho i dont want to as its not nice tbh and ive no idea how its changed flavvour from being nice when bought to strong popcorn afer few weeks time.
 
I've had 2 mixes change colour thus far which is why i asked about steeping.
I use a pg/vg 9mg 80/20 pre mix with concentrate, the ones that have darkened considerably are from juice cabin and they are bah nah dream and lemon fizzbomb.
My steep method is, mix, shake, place in warm water for 5-10mins, shake, leave lid off for 15 mins then put in cupboard for a week. Should i be doing it differently?? Or is there something harmful in there??
 
Diacetyl - I'm wondering if there is a testing kit? As you cant be sure what juices contain

Only thing that puts me off sometimes if how unregulated it can be.
