Nah im using 70%pg 30%vg pre mixed stuff from vape escape, so its thin enough for the job in theory.

Might help, although why you went for a Bulli over one of the many far superior genesis rebuildables I don't know.
Check out igetcha69 on youtube to see most of the latest and greatest. He really is the soundest, straight up reviewer out there.

And the only reason i went for the Bulli is, it looked the easier of the 2 types to rebuild and get working, how wrong was i lol

Edit- Restocking on wire and wick and mesh, plus some more eliquid as im going through all that like its going out fashion recently, im reluctant to give up on the bulli as i know from all the people using it, its a fantastic little atty, i just need to learn how to coil and wick it correctly so it works.

Right it's on the way. One problem I couldn't get to a post office in time so I used a First Class Large stamp I had stuck on a big old envelope I hadn't used, so far so good though I used model glue at first and it went a bit pear shaped. Bodged it up the best I could to make tonights post, so fingers crossed should be o.k.
Also I didn't watch the video till later so sent you a bit of that A1 Kanthal aswell, may come in handy later. I see in that vid the mesh is used purely as a wick and not the classic genesis way, i.e. with the coil wrapped around the mesh wick. Not sure how well that'll work though seems alright in that clip.

I have a Viva Nova tank you could have aswell if you want, at least one or two of the heads unused. They do pretty good re-wicking genesis style.
If you would like that too let us know and I'll get that off to you snail mail in the next couple of days; hopefully I won't need to send you any more mesh. :)
Oh yes the slightly softer, lighter mesh is the #325.

What device do you have mike, I presume you are using something with a 510 connection

Hey Vapers!
I've been vaping for a few months now with Smok Dual coil cartos and some Olympian super tank 900mah batterys and I'm fed up with them - work great for a week or two and then the batterys end up screwed and stop holding a charge properly. Of the three I bought, two won't charge at all and the third seems pretty weak, lasts about 20mins of good vaping after charging for hours and then gets "weak", still lights up but hardly any vapour.
It won't matter soon as I've ordered myself a Lavatube, but I was wondering If anyone knew what went wrong - are my vape sessions too long? Are the dual coils too low resistance? Are they just cruddy batteries?

Howdy, could be the batteries although dual coils do consume more power. I've also heard they are quite dangerous. Not heard of any specific shorting or exploding batteries with them, though I remember Zen, who makes the Zenesis mentioning the logistics of dual coils and he swears they are accidents waiting to happen and so will never advocate them in his mods.

I'd be inclined to say it's the batteries, as my ego batteries never had a problem with the same atties. Lavatube is gonna be a big improvement over them by the sounds of it.
 
That Zen knows his stuff and he did talk about the math somewhere. Not sure he would raise concerns for nothing.

*Edit. I reckon it's akin to stacking batteries like as 99% of the time it's ok. Maybe not as bad? I' m not an expert. I'll also say I never had any trouble when I used DC's. Though again I'm pretty sure Zen raises a very valid point.
I wouldn't use them and have avoided using double coils or twisted coils on my Orion mod, well once you get a genesis set up right, you'd never need them anyway. :D Yes, I had to mention them again.
After being on Stainless steel, genesis rebuildables, for well over a year now, I am still learning/tweaking it better.
It also took me literally days of set ups to finally get it working right at first, God that was frustrating. Though when I first got one firing right, man, Hallelujah.

I know dual coils put a lot of load on the battery, but surely the amp limit of the device is going to prevent them from being overloaded? Maybe on unregulated devices they'd be dangerous though.
 
Also using them on small batteries (Regulated or not.) will drastically reduce their life expectancy. ;)

I won't bring up the problem of what might happen with all the extra power being used in DC's, in the case of a short. Or would that make no difference?
 
thanks guys, my lavatube is the mini version with 850mah batteries, will it be ok on the dual coils if I keep it to 3v, or does it not matter?

Seems like it will regulate down to the low 3v range on 1.5ohm regardless of what it's set at, so it'll be safe but won't perform great. I got some standard attys with the kit so i's not too big a deal. Can anyone recommend a good standard resistance tank or carto? Just got everything it the post, charging now :)

Got the package just fine. Rewicked four of my attys. The taste is terrific! Get a decent hit from the first drag as well, normally with the standard wick i have to do a few dry puffs to get the juices flowing (oo'er). Although that may mean it goes through fluid faster - yet to be tested, but the hit is amazing.
No idea what the Viva Nova heads are, ill have a look see, but ill stick to these attys for the moment since they are extremly cost effective, thanks for your help and offer :). I leave some nice trust for you.
 
Loving the lavatube, as expected it sucks with my DC cartos, but dripping on the atto works a treat.
Now I need to find some flavours I really like, I got Vermillion River Blueberry, Cherry tobacco and KY4, but they aren't really sweet enough for my taste. Think I'll dial down the nicotine too next time.

Any recommendations for sweet, menhol or coffee flavours? I've had Cafe Brasilliano in the past which was pretty good.

DV cafe brasiliano is my fav coffee so far. The others I've tried have all tasted so bad I nearly puked (ridiculously sweet). If you find something better let me know because I wouldn't mind a good strong coffee to vape or mix some caramel with.

Watermelon is a nice sweet flavour to try if you like that sort of thing. Delicious, but for some reason I don't find that kind of sweet flavour satisfying.
 
Never vaped before but just ordered a 510 Titan Tank this evening for me and the girlfriend to try.

Any tips on using it etc? How long do atomizers tend to last?

Oh and found this - might be useful if anyone is considering trying vaping before investing more. If I had of found this link earlier I probably would have tried to be honest before buying the Titan.

anyone help with an issue im having with my ego c?

I have always had issues with dry hits . usually a few drops on the atomizer fixes this but atm no matter what i do i cant get more than 1-2 drags before it goes dry.. it just does not seem to be wicking from the tank .

Now im fed up with this system and need summit thats more consistent . now the egoc uses 510 batteries and i can see lots of different atomizers but none look like they would fit . The boge ones seem to get a good rep but i cant see how they would fit onto my eco-c 510 battery .

Can someone explain how it works . atm im dripping but i cant really do that while driving/working !!
