Sweet, how does it compare to the stock wicks? I keep meaning to pick up some wick and wire to try it myself. Where did you get yours?
 
I got a question about the VH star kit.
What accessories will actually fit it, i assume the 510. I wanna buy different mouth pieces and tanks.

I got it from Liberty Flights. It works just fine. No different to pre-made coils that I can tell.

Anything eGo or 510 will fit. I use Nova tanks on mine and they work really well for going out and about when the Vamo is too big to carry.
 
Can some one recommend a good site to get some e-liquid samples?

But dont have a clue if the flavours or crap or popular.

For some reason the Vapeescape site, the little drop down box doesnt work (tried 3 different web broswers) :confused:

I know its personal preference, but even a list of the most popular flavours would at least give me an option.

Oh and i foung the g.t.f.o rilot tried, it does look tempting for my first try

Edit. I just foung the switch2-ecigs.com site, and the Juicy Vapor line looks good, and they do tester bottles. :)

Sorry one more question, whats the values of the base liquid mean? sorry lol
i have a choice of
65% VG
80% PG
70% PG
PG/VG mix
I have seen some mentions of a 70/30 mix, would that be the PG/Vg mix?
 
Not 100% sure on that but i picked the Fuzion blend.

Here is what he says about his blend

My ‘base’ juice is a 65VG/35PG blend. This is what I found that ‘tastes’ best for what I’m mixing. However, if you want something different; just put a note in the order and I’ll accommodate.

PG is a thinner liquid and provides more throat hit and less vapour than VG, which is a thick liquid that produces lots of vapour without much throat hit. A mix of the two works best, but what mixture just comes down to preference. The middle ground is a good start. I mixed nearly 100% VG for a while, but it was too thick for some atties and didn't wick very well so lately I've been mixing 60/30 PG/VG with good results.
 
Pure VG has the down side that nicotine will slowly settle on top too. Most VG juice has some water in it to help stop this. PG is much better at holding nicotine in solution but still worth shaking the bottle. I thought this was worth posting as you don't hear about it often enough.
 
When you re-coil a Nova, make sure you twist the legs of the coil (The + and _). This lowers the resistance on the legs and gives a more purer coil and it will last longer as an another added benefit.
 
I've had my VH Star kit since last tuesday, not smoked a rollie since!

I am enjoying it, although I have to keep the tank topped up or the it tastes of burntness.

Have just ordered a CE5 and a replacement head for it as I think the one it came with might be wearing out.

Using 8mg "strawberri" and "green mist". Although I'm worried I'm becoming more addicted to nicotine after only smoking around 6-8 rollies a day.
 
for sure the best 2 vapes having tried loads lately as a smoker of 20 years, el cigarilos from house of liquid is fantastic for a real smoky vape, it is delicious and well worth being a main vape for any ex smoker. for a sweet one thats delicious then its grants vanilla custard. ive tried about 20 other flavours they are all **** compared to those 2 so if i can save people money then i will.

I'm looking for a few new flavours to try and after watching the video for El Cigarillos I'm sold. (I may hate it obviously)
The custard one sounds like a no brainer as I love custard and I'm looking for a sweet one for the 'after food smoke' :D
I may try a strawberry cheesecake too!

I'll post back after I've tested them :)

Awesome dude. Glad to hear you're getting on with it. Finding a liquid you like and finding your rhythm is the hardest part when you're starting out. After that it's easy street.

El cigarillos is an expensive, but well worth it, liquid. Probably my favourite of all tobacco liquids ever.
