As they are called Drip Tips, Id imagine as they are Cartomizers and the Boge Cartz store the liquid there would be no need for dripping liquid and the drip trip would be soley used as a mouthpiece, Is that correct?

Thanks for your response!

Absolutely right. :)

Still have to take the tip off to top the cartos up. Dripping through the drip tip would just send the juice straight down the air shaft of a carto and cause chaos.

you can get one of these each mate and then its up to you for flavours check my links below for what i have found best, and this site is legit and delivers fast, ive tried a few tobacco flavours and they taste like crap to be honest the only one i love is grants vanilla custard however ive heard el cigarillos is awesome i havent bought any yet.

dual starter kit ( charge one while smoking the other, it sucks to run out of battery) trust me on this lol you need 2 each

http://vapourhut.com/Ecig-Kits/Intermediate-kits/VH-Star-Kit

the only real flavour i love so far is the below link, also the seller is a very awesome guy and hes so friendly and cool

http://grantsvanillacustard.com/

for a tobacco flavour the only one ive heard good vibes on is the below link ( ive tried benson and hedges flavour, marlboro flavour, they all taste like crap)

http://www.houseofliquid.com/PUROS-NATURALES-p/eltoro2.htm

having been doing it a few week i only smoke vanilla custard now, menthol is too minty, the fag flavored ones are crap and ive got apple and grape and they are crap as well :)

it seems that after the vanilla custard everything else just tastes poor because it is so damn good it puts all the other mass produced stuff to shame.

I think you meant the Cigarillos, not the Puros mate. Puros is a full on Cigar like vape, though tastes more nutty to me than anything else.
Cigarillos on the other hand I find beautiful and one of the only liquids worth paying for.(Also Eden and silverberry, which are fruity versions of the cigarillos, all aged/steeped in oak barrels and with totally natural ingredients.)

I make my own Vanilla Custard using Capella flavouring, (Same flavouring Grant uses.) with a little sweetener.

FSUSA Gummy Bears is well worth trying if you like fruit vapes, my Mrs loves it. I make our own of that too along with Swedish Fish, like the Gummy Bears though with more of a citrus flavour and some fizz. :)

Anyone living near Northwhich, I highly recommend popping in to Northwhich Vapours. Went for the first time last week and customer service was excellent, the ability to taste any juice you want, they have a hole rack of their liquids set up in ego visions for testing. (Didn't watch at the time if they wipe the mouthpieces each time someone tries. Didn't dawn on me till after I left. :) ) The amount of times I have bought a juice only to find I don't like it this kind of service is brilliant.
Really friendly and patient, even though they were extremely busy. Never seen so many vapers in one town.
They had juices from most of the top vendors online, Alien Visions Ejuice, HouseofLiquids, Redwood, etc.Basically everything good I wanted to try.
Also amazingly the prices were the same as or cheaper than online.

I'd never been in a Vape store before especially after hearing of some of the stories of ones near Manchester. This one is top notch, no pressure and bang up to date on the vaping scene. I couldn't speak higher of it.

Thought I would check myself into the thread,

I have been a regular smoker now on/off for the past year (was a social smoker before that for 2 years) but since December it's got a bit silly, up to 10 a day on brands like Silk Cut Silver's, Mayfair Smooths, Richmond Menthol's, B&H's or the rest of the time, roll up's (which accounted for 50% of my recent smoking) and to be honest I am sick of smoking now. I've got a real incentive to want to quit due to getting sick of the smell, taste, making clothes smell bad, making me out of breath which therefore is affecting my gym performance & having a smokers cough for the past couple of weeks and generall feeling a bit groggy. I've failed more than 3 times now to quit since Xmas and I was at a loss ...until today.

A neighbour of mine showed me these E-Lites that he's been using now since the start of the year and he has never purchased another packet of fags since, after having a quick look on here it seems these E-Lites are not highly regarded but I purchased a full kit this morning. I've been puffing on them throughout of the day and I'd say I've had the equivalent to 7 fags worth and I must honestly say, I'm impressed. They seem to have curbed my nicotine cravings as I have not craved having a proper cigarette all day :) Where as when I last tried stopping last week, the first day I did have a couple of cravings but phased them out but on the next day I had them even worse and reluctantly gave in.

Besides the first capsule that I am already working through, I've got another 2 which I also purchased so I like to think that maybe this is a turning point for my smoking :)

Liam

Well, over a week off the fags. I don't even want one any more.
Loving my Vamo VV/VW. Such a cool bit of kit but it's not for the feint hearted. It's big. Taking it out in public will get you some funny looks indeed. My (non smoking) mates think it's awesome and have dubbed it "The sonic screwdriver).

I'm using Vivi nova tanks on it at the moment but I'm also experimenting with this: http://vapourhut.com/atomisers-cartomisers/Rebuildables/VH-Venus
Nicely made rebuildable atto that takes Ego-T tanks. Seems to give more flavour than the nova tanks.

I've also ordered some Vivi Nova STV tanks and some Splifire 4-wick tanks which are supposed to be awesome.

Still smoking Mister Liquid GTFO. Looking for something new to try though so I'll order some samples. Any recommendations other than that Watermelon one from Wicked?

Yes, everything I save by not buying fags I'm spending on vaping gear. Hey, it's fun!

Good to hear Liam, you may get the odd pang for a good ole dirty fag every now and then near the start, though once you grab your vape device and take a few chugs, you're alright.
You just need to do a little research now and get some decent kit. I would recommend a genesis rebuildable and believe you would never look back.
I am healthier off the dogs for sure and sense of smell virtually fully back. After my last few normal cigs I would actually feel like a mild flu coming on.
Also ciggies never tasted this good.

Oh Devrij got to say stalwart job you are doing in this thread and apologise for coming in giving it the large one. :) Felt I had to say a bit, not posted in here for months. Vape on guys.
One more thing for the record I am lowering my nicotine in juices and plan to stop altogether pretty soon, even though I love it. Hey ho.

Thought I would weigh in.

Not smoked for 5 days now and don't anticipate doing so either! (23 years of smoking)
Obviously still learning about it all and loving it.

Started with this kit http://www.vapeland.co.uk/ego-t-ce5-stainless-steel-starter-kit-900mah-218-p.asp
I'm enjoying the vape but it seems to be a bit hit and miss sometimes. The actual vape can be a bit crackle and poppy (Not sure if this can be avoided) so I'm looking for something a little smoother.
Can anyone recommend something a little better? Will I get a better vape just using a different clearomiser or is it likely to be battery/voltage related?

If you can link me a better alternative or tell me to suck it up or any advice at all really would be appreciated.

I'm going to be ordering some sweeter juices on payday as I'm just using a silver/gold and a cappucino at the moment and it's getting a little boring.

It was this thread that got me into it so thanks very much for all the info so far guys :)

jmc007, would you mind sending me a trust message with the recipe you use for the custard, if its close to GVC ill be a happy chappy, i want to experiment with adding some apple and others to it, see if i can get an apple pie type taste.

On a related note, i finally cracked the genesis malarky, was having no joy at all, a kind chap from UKV offered to drive upto me on saturday and show me first hand, since then ive made 12 wick and coils all tested and working, so i reckon ive cracked it - the only thing we noticed was my coils were a mixture of too tight and too loose in places creating a choke point in the wick - Im now using 0.5mm Ribbon Kanthal instead of the round stuff, miles more easy to setup, but useless in that size for high res people, 5 wraps gives me 1.2 ohms, perfect for the Poldiac. So my setup is now an Aga-T2 IBtanked sitting on my Poldiac, waiting for a Fogatti Type22 and for MMV to release the PolHybrid atomiser which will turn my 510 Poldiac into a Hybrid Poldiac, with exact dimension match and styling (obviously lol)
Edit- and im waiting on the next batch of Kayfuns, hoping to bag a polished one, would look sweet on the poli.

No problem knightStalker will do.
B.t.w You tried unoxidised Genesis wicks yet? :D Sorry to throw that at you after just cracking them. I remember Imeo (The maker of the GG stuff.) Always tried to say the reason he wouldn't make an SS wick device was because of potential health issues with using an oxidised wick. When in reality I believe it was to do with the guy who allegedly thought up the idea putting a patent in for Genesis style devices. Everyone said the PAT was ridiculous and doomed though I believe Imeo erred on the side of caution.
Anyway to know we can know use unoxidised wicks makes me feel that little bit better. There is the little issue of the extra work put on your mods switch and battery while pulsing, though I feel it is really negligible. Apart from getting rid of the fear Imeo instilled in me I haven't found only other benefits with an unoxidized wick. Maybe slightly better wicking, not that I had wicking trouble before. Also there is less chance of clogging with tobacco steeped juices I hear. Though again I found it no bother to just clean my wick with the squirting hot tap water through the tank so it comes out through the wick, a few times method. (Considering you make a slight straw like wick rather than solid.) Then dry burning the coils a few times and blowing any gunk away. Watch your centre pin doesn't get too hot doing this.
It is rather novel seeing your wick all nice and unoxidised in the tank. :)

I shouldn't post too late in the evening I can get carried away a bit. :)

The method the guy showed me was similar to that, but we gently flamed the wick to remove any oils after rolling it up, so its practically untouched, less than 4 secs burn, then wrapped and pulsed a little, ribbon kanthal is a god send, it barely needs any jiggling around its almost perfect from the get go. Ill agree some of the lengths people go to burning the wick and all that seems a little excessive, even most of the major big reviewers have moved to the unoxidised or partial oxidised methods now, once the coil isnt shorting theres no need for whole wick to be done i guess.

Yeah good. I boil mine a few times in cups of water in the microwave, (Good to use it for something.) though I guess I could do with using a bit of fire to totally clean it.
Nice one, just sent that btw.

Acidity levels there is a good thread on ECF.

Here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/252238-vinegar.html
Bit of a big thread, (61 pages.) though a tonne of good info in there and I think someone summarises it well in the last post.

*Edit.
I particularly like Riddles post at the top of this page. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/252238-vinegar-19.html ;) Although a bit harsh I totally get where he is coming from and it spurs a concise response. Got to give credit to Str8V8ping for the work he does in that thread.

Thanks dude :). So is the general consensus on here that this would be the best kit for up to £30? Might order this when I wake up :) Along with some vanilla custard :)

Good to hear some of you new guys (and old) are getting on well with vaping!

Meds, that kit is a good all-rounder to start with, and the batteries are compatible with nearly all atomisers, so if you don't get on with the ones that come with it, you can replace them with something different until you find one that suits you.

Just noticed on TW that the Torpedo Chrome Variable voltage kit is nearly half price at the moment , anybody tried the Torpedo , got the ego-c mega twist but they seem a bargain.

The torpedo is a decent bit of kit if you get it cheap. The only real issue is the price. I prefer my Vamo though ;)

Devrij, What's your current setup? Vamo > Which Cartz and Resistance?

Still not been able to Vape since Thursday, fingers crossed when im home my first class delivery which was ordered Wednesday and shipped Wednesday/Thursday better be here!

Been on the odd Cig, but actually after buying 10 and having 3 of those, Ive realised how nasty they are and how I prefer vaping.. Can't wait to get vaping, and become smoke free again permenently.

Are there many people who would even like to quit vaping after coming off cigs and turning to vaping?

How should I store my e Liquid? Not in direct sunlight for example or does it not matter?

I changed from cigarettes to e-cigs over 3 years ago, I can't see me giving e-cigs up. I enjoy it way more than I ever did smoking.

My favourite mod at the moment is the Evic, with the Kir Fanis telescopic tube set. Works great with anything I stick on it.
Order of preference on atomisers is 306LR - Boge carto in a tank - Iclear 30.
