So are the ones with the higher mah fatter?

I wouldn't mind a fatter battery for a home but when I go out and about in think they look stupid and not something I would want in my pocket. Also I would have to get a fatter top to match.

For 25 quid could I get a fat one with a good battery and use the same charger so I don't have to spend more?

Sorry for all the questions it just confuses me all this. It's like when you first start out with a computer

I have an eGo Battery which I believe 900 Mah, 7.5 cm length and just abit larger than a 5p in width! roughly lasts me a Full day of medium use, hammering it half a day/3/4 day.

Just ordered an eGo Twist Mega 1300 Mah, the thing is huge not just because of the large battery capaciaty but the VV makes it slightly larger generally will be my sit at home battery and my standard ego for work.

I don't tend to vape infront of tons of people either way so not a huge problem for me, If I was out in the car etc Id still take my VV as it's not a huge issue.

You can buy the smaller 900/1000Mah eGo twist.. depending on you're needs it future proofs you slightly unless you ever decide to purchase expensive mods such as the Provari.

The 900 sounds the same as mine but a little longer so that would be fine for me. But any fatter I would want a new top to go with it and that would be my stay at home one and just use the one I have now at work, pub, mates etc

Are they safe to leave on charge over night? It has a red light on the charger when it needs charging and turns to green when done. Just looks like a bit of Chinese knocked out by the millions a day charger to me so doesn't look safe. Probably is its just me been cautious
 
Ok, this is my first post in this thread, but I've been reading it for a while now, and have gone back a fair few pages... :)

I've been smoking GV roll ups for years, not a heavy smoker, around 5-10 a day, as long as alcohol isn't involved. ;)

So after reading in here and a few other places, I've decided i want to give this Vaping a go. This is what I'm looking at buying.....

The bigger batteries are the same thickness, just longer. They feel big when you get them, but you quickly get used to them, and I actually prefer the way they feel in my hand.

I always left my batts to charge overnight. When it goes green it'll just trickle-charge it until you take it off.
 
Worth noting that batteries do wear out. They start holding less charge over time. I have some really old ones that still seem as good as new and some that hardly charge at all any more so there is a bit of luck somewhere too.

I use about 1500 mah a day I'd guess. So 2 1000 mahs was my standard before I moved on to big mods.
 
I think if I get a 900/1000 and use this 650 that should do me for the day.

Any recommendations? Vapeesape is down the road from me but if i can get one cheaper delivered then I don't mind the wait, managed so far with just this one.

Yeah pop round to your local if it's easy. I don't know how you managed with just one battery! I think 2 batteries will be fine if one is a 1000mah. That way you can use the 1000mah all day, swap out the 650 at the end of the day if you need it while you charge the 1000mah. 2 batts just makes life easier and less fraught with worry.

E: i work in Oldham literally right on the M60 (the big MEN building) and would be happy to donate some of my old ego batts if you want to pop down and pick them up?

Just using my new 1300 Mah Ego Twist, decent results deffo more power there.

Although when charging my charger light is red then flashes green then back red constantly but so quick on green you barely can make out the colour... But my standard eGo is fine when charging.. Anyone had this issue or similar issues? Gonna hope it eventuley turns a solid green.

I go past there all the time. We'll not at the moment because I've broken my leg. I could get my work mate to come to you on Thursday if that's okay. About dinner time?

My charger does that sometimes. Thought it was just my eyes because I've only seen it do it a few times and I don't watch the charger while it charges. My battery is only small tho


Ok last question now..Sorry. The Wick thing for my EVOD what are they called? Can't find them on the site. Probably because I don't know what there called. Do they last about 3 week on average?

I need to invest in a spare charger, Just find it strange how on my original ego it doesn't do it, yet on my new battery it does? Hope it's not a faulty battery will see if it goes green makes me feel slightly better im not the only one!

My Vision Spinner does exactly the same. It's normal. It will go green once it's charged.

Not sure how that 1.0% stuff works. Normally nicotine is labelled in mg per ml.

Yeah it's just turned green, although find it strange how it does that!

Also my original eGo batt takes a while to go from green to red seems like a dodgy connection, best get myself a spare!

That put me off too, and every other time its been in ml... :/

Any advice on the rest of it, the other liquid and the kit, Does it look ok?


EDIT: Just re read this (not sure how i missed it the first time....)

You will notice from the table that there is a wide choice of nicotine strengths available and that certain ranges offer different strengths. Totally Wicked Red Label strength is indicated by a percentage (nicotine by volume), as opposed to a milligram per millilitre, the reasoning is that we feel a percentage is a more practical way of describing the nicotine content in a solution. For example 1.8% is equal to the old measurement of 18mg.

Grants Vanilla site is down, but sent him an email and managed to order 30ML of 50/50 12MG juice, can't wait until it arrives!

Will post my thoughts on it as I have not had it before.
