Good stuff :) I've reduced my nic level down over the months (nearly 6?) but I still need my safety blanket. Left my spare battery at home a couple of times and it really stressed me out but thankfully I've not been completely caught short. Did you just quit? Considering dropping nicotine completely and vaping flavour to see if I can do it

Started on 18mg, within two weeks onto 11mg, then another two weeks went to 8mg, then 4mg, then no nic at all, just vapour. The first 3 days were tough without the nicotine (not the least because of complete lack of throat hit - but after trying various menthol flavours discovered some that gave a hit) and I found myself constantly using the device. I think I drained nearly 10ml a day I was using it so much lol.

After a few days of no nicotine, I just started to forget to use the device. Left it at home one day and didn't even realise until I got home again because I just didn't think to use it all day. :)

I really wanted a Mark-T, but now I'm just going to save the cash. :)

Good man I'm please for you :) Vaping is a great alternative but I really despise the addiction :( I think more than the drug I enjoy the sensation and rituals

I was absolutely certain I was addicted to the habit and routine of smoking. You really couldn't have convinced me otherwise. I hated the taste, I hated the smell, and the lack of both senses because of smoking. I hated the expense, too. I figured it was the oral fixation and the regular breaks that I enjoyed. I certainly enjoyed the almost community feel of huddling outside bars/pubs with strangers, and having an easy ice-breaker to strike up a convo and I've even made new friends/notches on the bed post this way.

That was until I actually gave up. The withdrawl last only a few days, but it had me in a permanent "I just lost an argument really badly" mood. Once that cleared, I literally couldn't be arsed to vape a lot of the time. Those breaks became a chore to go outside and stand around etc. and the oral fixation just wasn't a fixation. :) However I wouldn't have got through it if it were not for my e-cig. I could at least "fool" myself into thinking I was getting a fix, and could still go for those breaks, still have the oral fixation, etc. etc. and had an even better ice-breaker than before, because people came to me asking "Is that one of those electronic cigarettes?" :p

It's very interesting to now see in hindsight just what an addiction like nicotine does to one's self. Having me convinced I was addicted to the habit and routine, when I was actually just addicted to the drug was quite surprising. :)

EDIT: Just to add, it is still early days for me. But I am 100% confident that I've smoked my last cigarette. If I ever need to cave into the cravings for nicotine it'll be an e-cig, not an analogue. :)

just got my 30ml of grizwalds caramel cappuccino! got a free 5ml sample of krazy karamel too although that has to steep for a day or 2

I don't see the need to give up now I vape personally.

That is *exactly* the sorta thing I mean. Now that I have hindsight, I was kidding myself to think I didn't need to give up! :)

Vaping is not healthy by the way. You really are mistaken if you think it is health implication free! Sure, it's not as bad as inhaling a load of benzine, tar and hydrogen cyanide, but coating your lungs with glycerol is hardly much better.

There is 50% off Decadent Vapour 30ml Pre-mixed at Totally Wicked now guys i have just ordered some, nom nom :D

Dammit! Just went over to order some Mentholyptus and Menthol, and they're out of both. Buggers.

On a similar note, I noticed that TW are flogging their CE3s for half price due to reports of them shorting batteries. Anyone got any experience of these? I might take the chance to stock up on a few.

Ce3's, I bought a pack, hated them from the off, tried 2 from a pack of 5, and gave the rest away.

I got dry hits, burny taste, no flavour. Though others swear by them.

Yeah, the CE2/3s seem to be a love/hate thing. I was going to try some until I started reading peoples comments about them, seems like I'd be better off on cartomisers with my tastes.

LF already sells 30ml DV for £12.32 with free shipping, I am disappoint :(.

... and with that, you saved me.

Mentholyptus ordered from there instead. Cheers! :D

I've decided to give up trying all sorts. I tend to like sweet flavours the first time I try them, but then get immediately, vehemently sick of them.

Still can't find anything as good for me as OK Smokey's Mint, but the DV Mentholyptus is rocking my socks atm.

I am thinking about mixing my own juice :D i am right in think that the pg gives flavour + throat hit, and the pv give the vapour and where is the best type and place to get my first mixing kit?

cheer's
