I tried their cheap chinese eliquid and couldn't stand it, not sure what their eu quality stuff is like. I then went straight to using Neat54 from cloud9, not cheap, though totally tasteless.

Ok im getting fed up of tinkering with my Ego-T atomisers to get flavour and vapor going, Think ive taken apart all 3 of mine about 12 times in the last couple of days moving the wick around as it keeps moving and starving the coil of fluid, thus producing a nasty taste and brown gunky stuff...Im either wanting the Ego-C or moving away from the Ego's totally..What else is there? Quite a heavy user as i love the taste lol (when it works) so something that will give me good flavour and average vapour.

Was that the 24MG Chinese stuff? That stuff is flavoured slightly. Their Chinese 25 and 50MG is unflavoured

Have you tried those ce2 clearomiser xl that tw have, look interesting and if I time it right with the yoyo sale could be a bargain for 5...I don't mind buying throw away things, got to be better than the constant tweaking of the ego-t attys.
I got fed up with tanks and tank atties quite quickly. Nothing beats the convenience of cartomisers imo. Drop a few drips on the wadding and go. No leaks (if you don't overfill) less fiddly to fill, better flavour, better vapour, cheap per unit cost (I know that they can work out a bid more over time) so less heartbreaking to bin.

Yes the 24mg.
Currently awaiting for the next production of Genesis atties from Van, got a Line and two Mini's on order. Had a taste of stainless steel mesh wicks, with my iAtty, though could never get them working consistently. When it did mind, it was the best vaping experience by a country mile.

How often do you refill them? I don't have time at work so if I had to top it up midday it wouldn't be ideal, but if they are good enough to get through a day on maybe one or two refills I could live with that. I think i'll have to get a couple and see. Which do you recommend?

Nah mate, you're looking at the new designs, the classic iolite resembles a black walkie talkie, nothing feminine about it at all. Those new designs look terrible I agree, pastel with terrible detailing, but I bet they're damn good overall.
As for the price? You pay for what you get, apart from the quality issues I have had they are an absolutely brilliant product.
Then again, I'm more of a connoisseur when it come to vaping - none of that e-liquid for me if you catch my drift.

I can tell you with a bit o' Purchase History magic *waves arm theatrically*:
2 Smok Tech XL cartos from Liberty Flights: both still going strong.
3 Tornado Megas from TW: 1 DOA, 1 died on second day, 1 still going strong.
It could be, of course, that I was terribly unlucky with my TW cartos, and/or extremely lucky with my 2 Smok Tech ones. It's a very small sample size, after all.
In terms of performance, however, I'd say there was very little difference [ if any]. The TW sole survivor kicks out vapour just like the SmokTech; construction seems similar, too. But would *I* buy from TW again? Nah.
