Might be an idea to look into a higher discharge battery Devrij. I've read that duel coils work better with a higher voltage and that cafe braziliano tastes better with a higher voltage. It is something I'm looking at, only down side is the batteries with higher voltage never seem to look very good.

Just charging it up now. :)

That's the stuff :-)

I am vaping the red bull stuff in my SD, it is very nice indeed!

I found the SD carts have pretty nasty flavours, even menthol! I ended up washing them out but there is still a trace of what I call "Nuttyness".

I asked in a 'vaping forum' what this guy (who has been on e-cigs for over 3+ years), would suggest what kind of kit would be good for someone who is wanting to start and is not sure what to buy, here's his reply...

I'm probably going to tell them what they don't want to hear - that anything that looks like a fag is pretty poor idea for two main reasons:

1 - it looks like a fag - that's more then likely to cause you all kinds of bother in public places where smoking is banned, because, bless 'em, the powers that be really can't tell the difference - if they've even heard of e-cigs - between a looky-likey and a proper fag.

2 - it's more than likely not going to do the job you're looking for it to do if you smoke more than around ten shop-bought fags a day - the battery won't be up to it, and you'll be frustrated by poor performance

I'd steer them in the direction of perhaps a Ritchy Era, or an Imist or a Neo - something along those lines - the Era if they're hell bent on slim dimensions, but either of the other two if they're open to it. A couple of months ago, before either of them came out, I'd have said an eGo-T or C style, and either of them would be a good starting point, too.

So for anyone here looking, who is maybe thinking of going the e-cig route, the kits suggested by him are very good and have been given great reviews.

I'd agree with that advice. Especially on the style route. I actually prefer the way my dual coil atty and tornado batt look to a lumpy rolly any day. Any suggestions on a decent battery with a bit more grunt than the standard tornado battery? Preferably something that doesn't look (as another person aptly described them) like a *****

Into box mods? Get a decent variable voltage one that takes a couple of 14500 or 18650 batts.

any advise on the above?

I strayed away from tank systems and went with 900mah batteries. This is my first kit and have been using this for 3 months...

Paired that with Boge LR carts and good HS liquid and I have little desire to try anything else - albeit I do want to experiment with 5V

EDIT: Woah just had a look at my invoice and prices have gone up ... I got a 1100mah starter kit from them for

Anyone know where sells something to punch carto's.
ideally I just want to go pick something up locally, I have been looking at some vaping forums and some people are using 'self punching saddle valves' that are generally used with reverse osmosis and water filter systems.

I'm guessing he wants to use one of the tank mods. You need a hole in the carto to let the liquid seep from the tank into it. No idea where you'd get something to do it with sorry.

Anyone find the carto tanks are better than the clearo one's? I've still got the original 'arry tank but it does leak a little which is annoying.

Any recommendations for one of the newer tank systems out there?
