No, forget those. The battery will run out quickly and it won't give you a great hit. I also found the pressure switches in that type of ecig can be temperamental.

I suggest picking up 2 of these batteries (ideally, you have one to use when the other runs out so you can charge it).

Then all you need to do is choose a liquid flavour to vape and you're all set with a great kit that will give you a big cloudy vapour, good kick in the throat, good flavour and good battery life. It's the long term solution.

If you want to try something a bit cheaper for your first go though, the SD keyring has gotten good feedback from the guys on here that've used it.

hehe just make sure she is not like my sister who smokes roll ups and has asthma then when she tries a pg (primary bonding agent in asthma inhalers) only mix and says it makes her gag lol, i bet she tried to inhale it like a analogue straight into the lungs, instead of drawing it in to the mouth then inhaling into the lungs

on another note ive not touched a analogue smoke for almost 2 weeks now and i was a very heavy smoker, the 20-30 fags and a 12.5gram pack of baccy when drinking type lol

i ordered more ego vision rainbow clearomizers (2each) and another i mist for me and dad plus 4 more wicks for imist and 10 mixing bottles earlier, so the good vapes will continue

i noticed my imists i have got gunked up on the coils and have tried a few things to clean them, the latest involed hot water and a sterandant mint denture tablet lol, still looked black on the coils but some dry burning and they went spotless and my juice started tasting good again, but i have a steradent minty taste so using my choco mint flavour to night as it adds to it, i really need to get some isopropyl alcohol to clean them but no where i go sells it

also debridged a 510 3 ohm atty one of the 2 i got with my lava tube earlier but i cant get rid of the evil primer taste, it will be awesome once the primers gone for testing liquids i mix

hehe awesome when i first started using e cigs i replaced rollies with them but still had normal smokes, how is the green cow? i hear from people who hate it and love it hehe

hehe when u get annoyed at having to charge the smaller batterys all the time try one of these and all your 510 stuff fits it plus they give more of a kick in the voltage department for throat hit http://www.safercigs.co.uk/1100mAh_eGo_Manual_Button_Battery/p705283_4979814.aspx even the charger will work, ive never had one of they batterys run out lol, they are cigar size though but they offer about 4 to 5 times the battery mah of 510 ones and the voltage is higher, i use the wall plug for them that came with my starter 510 kit but the usb cable that looks the same is a souped up one to charge the bigger batterys faster (a few quid from my local market for the faster charger cable, dont use a faster charging cable on 510 batterys though or they will go boom)

amen, I never thought I'd end up buying as much hardware for either hobby, but at least with vaping I can get a new flavour for a few quid, or try a new type of atty for a fiver. The battery mods are a bit dear, but they're not necessary, just fun.

Oh yeah, green cow is supposed to taste like red bull btw. Just copyright avoidance

I'm also on the green cow... a sentence I never thought i'd ever say. I don't think it tastes like red bull personally, its just... sweet. But its nice. Trying to find a decent tobacco flavour for the evenings though, as I don't want all that caffeine in the evenings.

Are people still doing trades and such on here? I have a bunch of 5ml samplers I'll never use again that I'd happily give away for trade or what-ever.

Thus far: LF Home Counties, LF Original Red, LF Virginia Aromatic, XO Supreme, XO Kentucky Blend and a Virginia I got some vapeescape. They're premixed, not just flavours. Anyone who wants them is welcome, or a trade if you have some you're not fussed about.

EDIT: Just got a package from LF Drip tips, as well as tank atomizer and some tanks. Not been a fan of the cartomizers I was using, so we'll see how this goes.

yay theres a guy who runs a falkirk market stall near here he does good vg flavours, and he opened a vaping shop in gorgie edinburgh, we checked it out since were a fan of his vg based e liquids, from his market stall.

dad, my mate and myself checked it out on saturday and we all walked out very happy after having a good talk for over an hour with the guy running it and we came out with some awesome flavours

im loving that guys ry4 mix and his rainbow one (its supposed to taste like skittles) and does a good job

hehe as im typing this im using that guys ry4 on a 3 ohm vision ego rainbow on my lava tube at 4.1 volts and a low ohm one for rainbow flavour on a ego

i got my order through for ten empty bottles from totally wicked 39p each and used about 6 of them to mix new flavours with dads pg based liquid, now my little box i wrote e-juice on is to small, got every thing from black forest gateu to cuban cigar lmao

safer cigs order arrived earlier now i have more i mists and vision egos than i have batterys and 4 new wicks lol

plus got some isopropyl alcohol on saturday and my old imists are as good as new, meh all this drunk posting is daft but im just happy about my new hobby that got me of the smokes, hehe i tried a inhalator,gum, and patches and they all failed, now with e cigs i cant stand the smell of burning paper and tobacco, im just so happy to have a much healthier alternative, now my problem is how good can i get stuff to taste and how much vaopur i can get out

liberty flights is out of kentuckty applewood , so gonna buy a few 10ml bottles of different vm from ecig!
Also , bought 30ml of green cow purely on comments from teh interwebss. Wish id bought 5ml bottle, found it perfumey and cloggs up the carts (boge) though dropping the bottle in boiling water thins it out and makes a good job of topping up.

I also just received a 10ml bottle of DV DY4 flavouring a couple days ago, which I'm not a huge fan of.

If you like state express (I know there're a lot of you weirdos out there), you'll love it as it has a thick tobacco/toast flavour similar to the state express flavour, but with a soft caramel/citrus exhale.

I occasionally love it and occasionally hate it, so I figure someone else might want to do a swap in case they just love it. It's missing 16 drops, so pretty much full.

Sounds like they aren't diluting the VG properly.

But anyways that's why I drip tip, no worry about clogging even with the thickest of juices.

Oh, I also discovered an epic tip on another forum for all you DIY mixers!

To get that 2 week steeped flavour, but straight away (for instance if a new flavour turns up and you can't wait):

Mix your juice up (in a glass bottle preferably), then stick it in a pot of boiling water just deep enough so it doesn't float or become submerged. Leave it for a minute or two, shake it up, leave it for another minute or so, shake it up again. Done.

Let it cool (or not if you want to fill a new mega carto quicker, but watch out for seepage), fill up your gear, and vape away on perfectly even flavour and vapour.

These are generally considered the most reliable cartomisers, I've tried dozens of different atomisers/cartomisers, and still use Boge LR's the most... you'd need the 510 connection,
2 ohm version (LR) for best results using the battery from your starter kit...the XXL size hold more juice but they're a bit too long for my liking.

Don't feel too annoyed. I started off on a moderately decent cig-like, too. Take it as a starting point that'll give you a general idea. If it fits you like a glove, just remember that moving onto 510 based devices, variable voltage and a seemingly neverending range of flavours awaits just around the corner...

Well, I used up all the VIP e-cigs, pretty hitty-missy regarding longevity of the carts, some lasted a lot longer than others, battery life was dire!

Purchased my first Titan-T 510 from TW along with an uber-strength 36mg menthol and wow, the difference is night and day. I actually had to dilute the tank down with a little of the supplied 18mg as I find the 36mg a little too strong but it's actually better than smoking a real cigarette! I was still smoking with the VIP e-cigs (albeit a lot less) but I do not feel the need to smoke a regular cigarette and have not, I cannot recommend vaping enough!

Thanks bruce, who'd have thought that smoking would ever get so technical! It seems like there is as much to learn as when I first started getting into custom PCs!

I suppose I just got to keep experimenting until I find something I can settle on.

Should receive my order tomorrow. Really looking forward to trying the aniseed flavour. I found out today that you can get a redbull flavour, I gotta try that one.
