Anyone have experience with the Kanger bottom coil / wick clearomizer? Using the CE4 at the moment but wondering if the Kanger is any better?

No problem, ive just been searching for the perfect setup, but like everyone else not quite found it yet, although im highly tempted to buy the full kit of that 2.1 LT even though ive got batterys and charger from my black V1, as i really want to push the volts on these dual coil carts ive got to see if i can find that sweet spot everyone wants.

Not sure how far id be able to push a 1.5ohm cart with a 3.2amp limit but i think its close to 5.5v maybe.
Sod it, ordered the full kit version, shiny syndrome has hit me hard

Edit2 - Thanks to PapaLazaru for the suggestion on the black jack juice, couldnt resist so bought a bottle yesterday and it smells amazing just like a black jack sweet, i havent vaped it yet as supposedly i have to let it steep or something (no idea as this is the first time ive been told this) so im waiting patiently but im on my last 3ml of RY5

Just bought myself an eGo/510 XL battery (1100mAh) which should still keep a low profile but increase my battery life (or at least provide a spare!).

I've got a little tip for anyone using the Boge cartomisers who find there isn't enough resistance when taking a drag - underneath the threads of the carto, there are two small holes (one on each side) and I've found blocking one of them with a small sliver of duct tape gives a far more satisfying toke!

just stuck some blutack in one on mine and its much better, less like im sucking air and actually feel like im getting something, plus im pulling more vapour

Yeah this is exactly what I did to start with, but I found the blutack sometimes got stuck in the threading so I went for some tape instead. Much more satisfying as it feels like a similar resistance you'd get when having a real cig.

Awesome, let us know what it's like. Should get 4.6V about on a 1.5 ohm. Wouldn't want more anyway or you might melt it. Will watch with interest.

Well i couldnt quite stretch to that, otherwise i think i would have done that aswell lol

I'll have to go for the full kit anyway (only got ego batts), if I had the funds I'd be on it like a rash mate.

Ahh thought you had a V1 LT, as it stands im a little unsure if the website is up to date on the stock so time will tell if i get my v2.1 this week or not.
looks like i will be...yay! lol

Steeping juices - do any of you do this and is there any sure fire way to speed it up a little, ive read nuking them for 3 secs, sticking the bottle in hot but not boiling water for 10mins etc, getting impatient to try this new juice out but as it was mixed monday and got to me tuesday, thats around 24 hours, and i didnt touch it yesterday so roughly 48 hours from point of mixing to now, is that enough do you think?

Yep, that method works a treat. Mix, stick your glass bottle mostly under the water for a few minutes, shake, dip again, shake. Cool down (or it's very thin and will leak out your atty) and away you go. Makes a huge difference to the flavour. I always wondered why my mixes were tasteless at first and great at the end, but now they're good all the way through.

Work with plastic bottles aswell? (id imagine so but you never know if it will react) i may have a glass one somewhere if i kept it.

I'd stick with glass, the plastic ones might melt or release chemicals into your juice. Can always decant into a plastic one afterwards.

I think he makes valid points, and I do feel UKV really demonised TW. TW is a good place for new vapers to start, their brand is good for strengthening UK vaping. Sure, once you've been around a while you'll be more discerning on price etc and may move on, and that's fine. When I joined UKV I felt a definite antipathy towards TW that went beyond a price difference. The mods should really have stepped in and discouraged personal attacks, locked threads that got out of hand, and stopped this scapegoating from happening.

Saying that, JC has really gone about this the wrong way. Really he should have requested stricter moderating for all products and vendors instead of a complete removal of his company. I can't comment on the conspiracy theory bit though as I don't know much about that.

Basically, I think he had just cause to disagree with the way his company and self were being talked about, but he reacted too strongly and has marginilised himself in the online community.

Wow just got through that interview, ermm...im not sure i could mention what im thinking but hes blown this up to something hes making worse with every word, Hes going around in circles and not actually giving any real reasoning behind any of it. He needs to come out and give a full statement of the Facts of how everything came about, the history of it all, so that everyone then understands the situation - In any case, i dont think of TW as a company in a different way to the previous, they are a perfect stepping stone into vaping with a reasonable price, but beyond that, there are other places to go.

Edit - Whoever is hosting that is a heavy vaper, its all i could hear in the background lol

Edit- Something i hadnt noticed, on the LT kit im getting it has 2 VH-Stars, basically vaporhuts own name for basically Vision Ego thingies, ill give those a go aswell, they seem to get good praise in the states, known as Stardusts over there (whats with all the different names for basically the same product

)

Listening to it at the moment and while, to a degree, I can understand his position it does smack somewhat of hubris.

Genuinely laughed out loud at the caller asking "Does he need to put on his big boy pants?"

Sounds like he does, really.

I felt bad for the thread starter when he called in. Poor new guy who started this global uproar in the vaping community because some guys said the Odyssey was **** and he didn't know why.
