The Weekend Football Thread *spoilers*

Fail.

Check my post history, posted more than once in football threads and not focused on Utd.

Anyone know the draw time?

Very rarely, and the times before that have basically all been when Utd are playing, literally. Was about 6 months between talking about a Chelsea game and then GET INNNNN lolz etc. Can't say I really care though.. I find it kinda funny :p

Did anyone else notice how ****-poor the commentary was today? I heard many snide petty remarks made about united.

Even though I'm a massive United fan, I find it really funny that many people would rather cheer and watch United than to cheer on their own team.

Indeed there was a ridiculous amount of bias. Seemed like they were wishing Brown to be sent off at one point

Exactly.

He only became a poster in other threads after it was pointed out to him but like you said, it's funny and flattering :D

Yeah, and going on about "needless challenge" etc, when they weren't even fouls. Can't stand watching football on ITV. At least didn't have to put up with Redknapp.

In English please?

Check all my past football thread posts before then.

Thanking you kindly.

Also how was the Welbeck incident not a penalty? And there was a point in the first half when a corner was taken that the blonde Leeds defender had both arms around Berbatov pulling him away from the ball, far worse than the penalty we conceded against Portsmouth for that reason, yet of course it wasn't one here.

That was Becchio, who was up front :p

Awesomely excellent. Not only did we beat them on their own patch, but we deserved it too.

Surprised manyoo ended up with 10 men. Brown could have walked for a second bookable on more than one occasion. Having said that, even against a League 1 side Brown is out of his depth.

Shame we couldn't stick in one or two of the efforts on goal in the 2nd half, but I'll take it as it is ;)

One thing I would say is, hats off to Rooney. Looked the only player in the wrong colour that actually wanted to win, except one or two of the subs in the second half.

And then there was Fabio all over Beckford...

They didn't show a replay of that so I can't really comment though. In fairness though Beckford was throwing himself to the ground whenever a defender came anywhere near him in the second half, did it two or three times with Brown. Reminded me of Torres actually, clearly trying to get him sent off.

And is that Kilkenny always like that? Reminded me of Bellamy, constantly yapping at the ref.
