It's not bad at all, just I think there are a couple better for the money. I probably have some downstairs somewhere and wouldn't think twice about gettign it out when people were here.Ah shame, the shop owner was pretty complementary about it, and i was optimistic, but as you say the reviews aren't great.

You may as well go for straight-up, unfermented grape juice in that case. The fermentation doesn't produce any extra anthocyanins, flavonoids, nor polyphenols (antioxidant chemical families). Wood barrel-aging of wine introduces polyphenols (tannins from wood). Most supermarkets have pretty good grape juices which are naturally high in anthocyanins, as are all purple fruits.
Edit: or just eat black grapes.
