Want to buy this on Steam, but still haven't finished the first![]()
Did anyone have a look at the screenshots? There is a couple of sex scene pictures and now I know why it was censored in Australia.
Edit : NSFW
Turning 18 in 2 weeks...
Would rather get a physical copy but the damn I.D checking game store clerks would be on me like a rash.
It seems that Game/HMV are selling W2 for £25 and Steam is currently selling it for £30...
What's up with that? I'd just buy it on Steam if there wasn't any price difference.
Hadn't even heard about this game until a few hours ago, but reading some previews and watching some gameplay footage has completely sold me!
Is no pre-load confirmed? That's really going to screw me over if so, I won't get back till 4 and then my net will start to get capped until 9. FFFFFFFFFF.
As far as i know no one can play it yet - even retail copies won't play until tomorrow but i could be wrong - just with retail copies we are admire and touch the boxha ha
EDIT - i thought COG had a pre-load ?
COG have the rights to pre-loading.
Kinda lame.
How does the booklet smell? Factory fresh? mmmmmm
Why, it's their game. You should have bought it with them
By the way, it's GOG as in Good Old Games, not cog.
also as a side note the box itself says over 40 hours gameplay and that is only the main plot so we could be look at 100+ for everything and that my friend is what makes CD Projekt win dev of the year !
Don't get your hopes up with the length of the game. Our local Finnish gaming magazine called Pelit had their review up last week (93/100, generally very positive review, combat is much improved, it reeks of atmosphere but the game felt rather linear and the main character gets ridiculously powerful towards the end, making the game easy even) and it took 24 hours for the main plot + some of the side quests, though he admitted to skipping side quests whenever possible. The reviewer was also the first journalist in the world to complete the game![]()
