The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

How in blue blazes do you kill Jenny O' the Woods! I am level 11 but finding it very hard.

Moved on to a different Witcher contract (also level 10) and killed a grave hag in about 10 seconds! Aard blast knocked her down and finished her with one move!

There seems to be quite a disparity between the difficulty levels of monsters but maybe my character is just more geared up for certain monsters over others.

Get her in your magic circle.

I was over leveled slightly and still struggled. You need to kill the 3 wraiths that suck your health, very quickly and hit that "F" button. If your health is really low, run away, regenerate and come back for seconds.:D

I did this first time by:
When the three wraiths appear, run away! After a certain distance/time, they disappear. Go back and carry on where you left off - her health does not reset.

Cant seem to get my Fairtrade and weight mods to work anymore :( so now ive got so much stuff that isnt even worth selling now

Money is completely pointless anyway, I've had 13000 since level 8, nothing is worth buying other than the maps.

Why "cheat" and make it so everything is worth a fortune and you can carry loads. It just defeats the point.

Agree with above, with a decent set of saddle bags you very quickly transport enough rubbish to sell to give you a load of cash, no need to cheat.

Had a genuine laugh last night, walking through Novigrad and a beggar was quoting Life of Brian!

'Cured me so he did, took away my livelihood without so much as a by your leave, ****** do-gooder!'

It's also one of the few times the crossbow is useful.

There's quite a few Monty Python jokes scattered throughout the game, either the devs or the translators must have liked them a lot.

Playing this a fair bit recently and, while it's a pretty good game, there are a few irritations:

The UI is poor, especially where the inventory is concerned.

The horse - Roach - appearing from nowhere. Is it stalking you?

Oh, and the horse handles like a brick. A really bricky brick on bricks.

The women, apart form the odd old biddy and the crones, are all very easy on the eye. I can understand that due to it's target demographic, but still :p

In the books, the sorceresses are not above augmenting their looks with magic. It's pretty much said that some of them are deformed but have "fixed" themselves with magic and glamours. Hence they all look beautiful.

I agree on the UI comments.

Ive felt the UI has been crap on all of the Witcher games. Im not sure why but they just seem to make it clunky and awkward to navigate. Ruins my experience every time.

Finished the game with an all nighter last night after 220 hours and have been totally lost for something to do ever since :D

There are quite a few various quotes and references in this game. Including a strumpet near Hattori's shop, who says, "I'm a Material Girl....living in a material world".
Another one that that made me laugh, was a strumpet shouting out to Geralt, "You would look spectacular mounted........on top of me".

Already posted on this but:

I used two Yrden circles and a Yrden trap in the middle so I could lure her into being vulnerable (I was also topping up Quen when needed). The trap staggers her. You can get 3 or 4 consecutive hits in before having to dodge away.

When the three wraiths come out, I kite them towards the Yrden trap which one shot kills them. Don't let them close enough to you or they suck your health away to replenish Jenny's!

Moon dust bomb would have been helpful but I didn't have it at the time.

I definitely found that to be the hardest fight so far. The thing with combat in this game is that you have to be patient sometimes. You can't just go all hack 'n' slash on them. My biggest mistake early on was going into full on attack mode as soon as the enemy health bar was low. Usually ended up in me getting killed!

On another note, I think I'm addicted to Gwent. :o
