Where you "comment so confidently on someone you don't know and couldn't possibly know about" which in your own words, makes you "silly" and I absolutely agree with your assessment :)

Personally I just want some form of evidence or proof to be given before I believe in any career ending gossip whereas you've made it very clear that you don't need any evidence or proof to believe gossip and I don't see us reaching a middle ground there.

Come on ian, you're just baiting now. You don't see the difference between commenting on an anonymous post and someone actually posting in this thread? The first responses were not "where is this form" or "who is the source" they were this is an agenda by the showrunners.

Also please read my posts, nowhere did I believe it. I was literally the only person asking where it was from? I know we usually disagree but you usually take a second to at least read the thread, don't be lazy.

Yeap, thats a fair point, you asked "where'd it come from" firstly when everyone else was already rubbishing the story as fake.

I think this is maybe where I've misunderstood your words, because in your previous post you said "I would love to say I'm surprised that so many people are calling it ******** without any way of knowing that though." which I took to mean that you disagreed with those who were rubbishing the story and therefore you believed it, hence my post. However thats just one way of reading it and I've made a poor assumption based on that interpretation because, as you've since said, you don't believe it so you have my apologies for that.

I watched it. Was decent enough. Preferred it to season 2. And to be fair it was review bombed the minute it was released. Certainly not brilliant but some decent action.

Not sure what your point is? Somehow people people were giving it 1/10 within 5 minutes of it becoming available? That's a hell of a lot of fast forwarding for almost 4 hours of show lol

As said it's not brilliant by any means but was entertaining enough to blitz through.

It's not just the audience score that's in the pooper tho

Most critics gave it an average of 2-3/5 apart from IGN who gave it 7/10. I'd say it's probably a 6.

Most critics certainly haven't given it 3 out of 5, as per RT its currently 3.5/10, hell take the top critics and its getting a measly 13% - the top critic reviews are inline with Audience scores so far..

You should see the critic score go up once you have guff like the Guardian and their 4/5 gets added though.

Well if you look at the score details on RT for critic reviews:

5.30/10
Avg rating

Which isn't far off where I would put it.
 
IMDB puts it around 3.6/10 to 5.8/10 depending on whether its a Male or Female reviewer with an overall rating of 3.8/10. Even taking the overwhelming number of 1 star reviews away (48% of the total reviews) it's still about a 5/10.

Yeah, that's what I said lol I give it a 6 as I appreciate decent action scenes and found it a nice throwaway afternoon. As you said 48% are 1 star reviews which clearly demonstrate review bombing. Not sure what your issue is aside from review bombing being very obvious?

Apologies meant to say 'the' issue as opposed to 'your'. Simply meaning that almost 50% being 1/10 suggests obvious review bombing as other posters had denied. My bad.
