The Witcher series (Netflix)

Yeah proper looking forward to season 3. I do kinda hope HC goes over to House of the Dragon tho, would be awesome as Aegon the conquerer.

Damn, that was more like a trailer for Star Trek Discovery. They have completely lost the whole look and feel of the Witcher series.

Elves have barely turned up in the main Witcher series, and are a displaced people when we do see them, I'd hardly expect the Elven empire of a thousand years earlier to share the same look and feel. That'd be like expecting Victorian Britain to look and feel the same as Heian period China.

I don't mean the characters. I mean the effects, cinematography, music, titles etc.

look how bright, vibrant and clean the trailer is though.

it's not exactly gritty witcher looking.

I'm surprised so many people are still so invested after season 2. The writing from the off hasn't exactly been stellar, but last season was pathetic. Some of the most appalling characterization I've ever seen in a TV show.

Could be another reason Henry decided to yeet himself out of the series.

yea i think it was aimed at women to lust over or something

My mate suggested this to me, I lasted three episodes. Terrible acting, terrible script and not a single redeeming element. Netflix really do struggle to make good original series, they are decent at documentaries but outside of Dark, Ozark and maybe a few others they always manage to make everything feel a bit Poundland relative to the likes of HBO etc.

So clearly bait to get a reaction that proves them right and makes the show's producers look better as it was clearly all just manufactured hate that killed it rather than poor production decisions.
