I don't think it helped that they had giant images of the contestants behind her, people in the crowd seemed more interested in cheering for their fave than actually listening to her.

Amazon and Tesco are selling it for 29p, however singles sold for under 40p aren't eligible for the download charts so it's more likely to hinder than help his chances for Christmas #1.
