Is it not Vagner, with a 'V', not a 'W'?
I'm hoping that the girl group go out as they really are totally non-descript. There is absolutely nothing memorable about them. They aren't as bad as One Dimension, though.

Not bad to look at though (the Girl group that is!), so based on this, please God make it so that Diva Fever go this week!

Both the cheesy little boys (head bobbing and feet shuffling along to whatever song they do...) and Cher (cant sing, gurning constantly, make believe gansta attitude whose happy to believe the hype) are straight through, do parents just give their kids the phone for the evening to keep ringing just to shup them up for a bit?. She isnt original in the slightest, but she is completely free to be manipulated, she has no idea and simon sees a new puppet in her.

At least Katie (who still seems like a completely undeserved diva who seems to wants to just be famous, and singing is just one of the ways to go about it) actually sang her song well despite the critics (I do agree she sounds like a weak Duffy - who sold well at first untill everybody got bored of it really fast - the dodgy advert with her on a bike didnt help though...)

Wagner through though - at least hes happy to take the micky out of himself, rather than dress up his dodgy singing with backing singers and dodgy 'rapping'.

The girl group aren't that great looking. I could stand outside a train station and watch better looking women walk by. Danni and Cheryl are much better looking than all the members in the girl group.

Apart from 1 No.1 single, did she have any other hits? Did she even release any other songs?

From a quick scout (dont follow it myself, always thought the music was 'meh') she released a second song which got to 3 and another song, the albums title track peaked at 45 and a final one which got to around 20ish. a case of the hype machine grinding to a halt (after riding high amidst the amy whinehouse frenzy that was about), apparently releasing another album this november (which seems to be mentioned nowhere really).

Im guessing an appearance in the linup on never mind the buzzcocks will be due in 2 years or so when the 3rd album is due.

I think Matt is the best act so far for me.

He's got the best voice. That's for sure. He doesn't have the excitement factor though. All he can do is slow ballads. I wonder if he can sing an up tempo song.

There was a mature guy from a few years back, who called Steve Brookstein. He had a great voice, and like Matt could only sing ballads. He is now singing on cruise-ships.

You guys must remember, the top selling artists don't always have the best voices. What they do have is stage presence. I can't see what Matt is going to do that Steve Brookstein hasn't.

If you look at JLS and Burke (from 2 years back), they are both enjoying successful careers. This is because they are exciting to watch and although they can sing ballads, they can also do the fast stuff, which is what makes them exciting to watch.

Matt will probably win the show, but I can't see him ever being successful after his initial No.1 single (off the back of xfactor).

On the other hand, I can see Cher Lloyd selling loads of records and touring successfully, for many years to come. I can't see any of the other acts (including Matt) selling many records...Cher is the exception, as she is exciting and will appeal to teenagers/youngsters who will buy her records and go to her concerts.

Katie may do something, if only because regardless of public opinion, the music execs love her.

I didn't rate Steve tbh thought he was crap and rightly flopped, i don't think they will top Leona on that show and with it taking a break as Simon doing the American one this time next year apparently and the UK version starting around March time after, but who knows really if that's true or not we will find out in a Month or so i guess..
