I'm not saying they want to look or be like her. I mean they are jealous of her situation, that she is in the most popular singing competition on UK TV.

I think they are more inclined to dislike her than Rachel because they can relate to her. Plus I don't think she's fugly, she hasn't got the finest set of teeth but she's hardly ugly.
